I've gone here to pick up a prescription and for a Covid booster shot. The prescription was quick and easy. The booster shot took a bit more time than I expected. I called to get an appointment time but when we got to the store-20 minutes early-there were a number of other people waiting. The gentleman giving the booster shots was called to the drive-thru window so he was running here and there. It took an hour past my appointment time to get in and out. It would have been good to have him only working the appointments. But all places seem to be short staffed these days. This Walgreens is clean, well stocked and service is good. I will definitely be back!

We are driving home to California from Portland and my son said he needed to throw up. He actually did throw up on the way to Portland so we stopped by this Walgreens to see if they had Dramamine for kids. The cashier at the front was a little off. As I mentioned we are driving to California and had some cans that I was looking to dispose of. I'm used to stores having a trash can in front of the store. She seemed to not want to let me throw away some of the stuff I had, although I did need to go get the medication. I let her know that I did need to purchase an item and I'm assuming her manager or someone in a higher position was coming towards the front when she asked him if she could let me throw the cans away. So thank you to him! I was able to get the motion sickness medication for my son and it was close to the freeway.

Something is seriously wrong with this company. I do not recommend them for your pharmacy needs. I worry about the internal problems they are having compromising the safety of my prescriptions. When I explained my problem she said that legally, once a prescription is filled, it can't be transferred to another pharmacy so I called my mom's Dr. They called in a new prescription to Coast Community and it was ready in 30 minutes. I asked the Dr to transfer all my mom's regular prescriptions to Coastal. I had already paid RiteAid online so now I also have to figure out how to get a refund. The fact that they left the poor cashier out w/no info for anxious, angry people was unfair. She was really polite and trying her best, but there was nothing more she could do. We've had issues with that pharmacy b4 but I gave it another try.....never again!
