The air conditioning was out on the third day. The electricity went out and spoiled all of the food that we were cooking the whole time we were there. My son was making videos of the rats that were coming out from underneath the sink and going around the cabinet and eating our dog food and then whenever we left there we got an additional $300 cost and getting rid of all of the bed bugs that we got while we received while we were staying in their cabins. I have made several attempts to reach out to the company to get some kind of refund for our stay and the arrogant owner or his staff never even took the time to call us back. They laughed on our face and told us they would not give us any kind of refund and if we don't come back they don't care. Unfortunately, sometimes when you travel from Texas all the way up to like West Virginia and you don't know anybody. You don't know who to choose and we made the worst choice we could have. There are other companies out there that have amazing people and they take care of their people. I just wish we would have chosen differently. The only thing good about our experience was the young lady that cleaned and service the units. Her name was Sissy. She was an amazing and she tried to help us the best she could. But when you work for a company that's in control she had no control but she tried so. Thank you Sissy........... P.S. The only reason I gave this company a one star. Have been dealing with them for the past 6-7 years. Friendly, honest, accommodating, and they do…read moregood work at fair prices. I don't have a lot of money, so I source my own parts a lot of the time. All the money they make from me is mostly labor. Still, they treat me well and understand my situation. Have never felt ripped off and have never been aggressively upsold additional work. It's nice to have a local business you can trust and, so long as they keep this level of service up, they'll continue to get my business.

The cost was less than what I expected. They have a separate waiting area with a (clean) restroom, tv, free WiFi, and free water & coffee (they provide a Keurig with K-cups and even had decaf!). I had to come back the next day for alignment because I had to pick up my kids from school, but I explained to one of the staff that I needed to get out early enough to do so. The staff member got me out in plenty of time and scheduled me the next day for alignment (so they are willing to work around YOUR schedule when they can). They will also pick up your vehicle for free (within a certain distance) to work on it if you can't come to them. I definitely recommend them!

I came in from White Top around 4pm with a slow leak near the sidewall in my front tire. Realizing…read moreit could not be repaired and they did not have my odd size, they found a good used one in the more common, alternate size and mounted it. At that time, I decided to change all four to the new size. I told him I needed an aggressive tread for my area. After selecting an awesome design and giving me a very fair $$ price, I gave the go ahead to order them, I asked how much do I owe you for the used tire and labor and do you need a deposit ? He gave a little smile and waived his hand said we'll see you tomorrow. Anxious to get the new tires, I arrived a little ahead of the delivery truck but as soon as they were unloaded, they had me in and done in a flash. When I hit the Interstate for the test drive, it was smooth with no vibrations all the way to 75mph and very little tire/road noise especially considering the tread design. I took a deep breath, relaxed and thought how good it felt to have new tires driving around with all the crazies driving around these days! lol I am a former US Marine & retired hvac business owner, so I am not easily impressed. I recognize and truly appreciate not only great product knowledge & service but also people whose business philosophy embodies the words of one of my mentors, the great Zig Zigler: " People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care" To Kevin & all the good folks at Marion Tire, I am impressed!
