Got 2 flower sets 1 half dozen and 1 dozen for valentines was told $180 for both got charge $1,800 I paid with card went back to tell her she acted all surprised and said she seen it just didn't know who it was lol I used card you HAVE to be able to see lol then ended up saying my total is $220 , she proceeded to tell me it's the the first time it's happened and an employee once charged someone $5,000 , watch your guys back yes I should of checked but i was a regular she was nice didn't think she'll do this , this was my first time using card there the whole situation and conversation felt weird once I went back she even laughed and told her co workers and claimed she didn't tell anyone I think they do this more than often and they lost a good customer read more

Otherwise, once in, this place is great. Full of gifts,from Teddy Bears to vases. A full assortment of ready made arrangements, but also fresh flowers to make what ever your need is. This place is AWESOME! I called around 8 a.m. on my commute to work in hopes of ordering a dozen roses to be delivered to my wife's work for our anniversary by no later than noon that same day. Susy took my order right over the phone and assured me that the flower arrangement would be beautiful. After writing down the message I wanted her to write on the card, Susy said she would text me her cell phone number in case I wanted her to add anything else to the card, and also told me she would send me a text message with a picture of the arrangement when she was done. Susy delivered on all of her promises, and everyone in my wife's office was extremely impressed by how beautiful (and large) the arrangement was. I don't know what I would have done without these amazing women! I ordered a corsage and boutonnière on Saturday from a flower shop in front of Mariscos El Viejon (I can't remember the name, but it was flower #2 or #4). I picked it up earlier today and was so disappointed! Rosy, the owner, sold me the extremely small corsage and boutonnière in the pictures. I paid a little over $25 dollars and was extremely upset and disappointed that my younger brother would have to wear that disgrace during his prom! I quickly yelped a flower shop and found Susy's flower shop. This lady is heaven sent! She saw what I had and attempted to "fix" it. She added more detail to what I had, but it was just a such a disgrace that we decided I would just pay for a new one. Susy quickly gathered the roses and asked what string color we wanted. At this point we didn't care, I just wanted my brother to be happy with his boutonnière and his date's corsage. I was worried about how long it was going to take because the other shop made me wait a whole week!!! Susy got to work while having a conversation with us and within 20/30 minutes she showed us what she made. We were so damn impressed with her work! She made something so beautiful in less than an hour! I payed $40 for everything which is not bad at all considering how short of a notice this was and how quick our stuff was done. I think most people that provided good reviews got a free balloon. I personally would not return to this shop. Here is my story: I called Sussys flowers to inquire about the cost of helium filled balloons. She said it Was 6 dollars for latex helium-filled balloons. When I arrived, she told me I HAD TO PROVIDE THE BALLOONS or that she was gonna charge me an extra 4 dollars. I was disappointed at the price and told her that I did not understand because she did not explain that over the phone. I was fine with it and just ordered half a dozen balloons. Next thing I know, the ladies are taking crap about us! They were saying "they want good stuff and they don't want to pay up". We never even argued the price!! The woman had a horrible attitude towards us. Aside from that, I told them I was in a hurry and they would stop to talk to each other. Telling each other all kinds of gossip. I had to keep asking for the color balloon o wanted because they could not stop gossiping! There are so many flower shops. I'm sure you can find something better near by. I've ordered from online flower places and I've been disappointed bc either the arrangement looked nothing like the pic or the flowers were in bad condition. I went in person to this place and chose a basket arrangement for my moms bday. I got EXACTLY that . Arrangement was beautiful and prices are better here. Mainly bc the online delivery places charge you about 15 just for delivery. This place charged me $8 (I live close by too). You get a free balloon with checkin and I got a mylar balloon to go with the arrangement. I was surprised when it was delivered she included 1 free mylar and 2 free latex. Great service! I originally opted for a cross design that had star lilies but she mentioned the design I chose would've only had 3 lilies and if it was a heart or circle shape there would be more lilies and it'd be prettier. I called many different places I found on Yelp, which most do not deliver on Saturdays.
