It turns out, we both did! I appreciated the welcoming employees, but they also didn't hover. We were able to stroll the property, and admire all of the beautiful plants. It was really peaceful. Although I didn't buy anything, I spotted a few things in the gift shop that will likely bring me back. I've heard that they host classes - wreath making, flower arrangements, etc. - and I would definitely sign up for something like that!

The lady was so rude and told me if I wanted something cheap I should go to Safeway which I don't have a car to go to. I was attempting to buy local and was willing to buy $25 worth of flowers to litter the house. She made me feel so unwelcome and told me 'I don't know how to help you'. I started with telling her about my Grandma being sick, I can't believe someone would be so rude after that. I feel a hundred times worse than I did before and it made this hard time so much more painful. I don't know how this place will stay open if they treat their customers like this.
