Great experience! Came up from Harford county on a Saturday when they opened. Easy to find with Google maps. I was able to get a variety of items. Several kinds of peaches, nectarines, tomatoes. All very fresh and tasty. The prices were good, especially for seconds. The folks that helped is were great, very friendly. A great place to get your produce and local items like honey and jerky. Cider was from Lohr's Orchard which is great. Wagon rides to the pumpkin patch in the fall. Pick your own apples or buy from the large barn/store. Dog and kid friendly. A nice place to spend a few hours. read more

Live this place! Near my in-laws & husband worked there as a kid. Best peaches around. Try to get them at least a couple times each summer. The people are great! Friendly, welcoming, always helpful. We found Susquehanna Orchards a few years back while out on a ride. They're located in Delta up by the Susquehanna River, a few miles south of the power plant. The orchard is medium sized, with a lot of mature looking trees. The store is inside an old barn. We found the apples and other produce excellent. Varieties of apples were good, reasonably wide selection. You can do U-pick on fruit, and I like the size of container based setup they were using, as I find the weight based system used at my other visited orchards sometimes results in unpleasant surprises. They also had some cider from other orchards in a small fridge in the back. I'd have expected an operation this size to make their own cider, but I know a lot of places have stopped. Checkout was a bit slow, and the floors a bit wobbly, but the produce was good enough to keep us coming back. read more

We had a great afternoon here. Free hayrides to the pumpkin patch to pick your own. Which was a perfect backdrop for some family pictures. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. Mums, decorative pumpkins and corn, Local honey, preserves, and many other goodies. We were pleasantly surprised by everything and glad to add this to our fall family traditions! read more
