I love this auto shop! It's owned and operated by a local family. I've had work done here twice…read more I've found the staff to be honest, responsive, and thorough. They're always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is correctly diagnosed and repaired and you leave satisfied. I'm happy and wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again.

I have given this business plenty of opportunities to keep my business. I originally came to them…read morebecause they are really close to my house, and they quoted me 1/2 of what the dealership had quoted. The people here are friendly, but they have a hard time managing their workload. First issue is when my car was overheating. I brought it here and they replaced the water pump. 2 months later car overheating again... water pump again, but they warrantied their previous work so no charge. 6 months later car overheating again... water pump again, but still under warranty, so no charge. so the 3rd water pump fixed the issue. Each time they kept the car for several days, but were real nice about fixing it right. Second issue is when i had a misfire on my #2 cylinder (same car). Dealership wanted to replace all coils and plugs and wires for $1400. brought it to C&S and they changed the plugs. They said the coils were good. 6 months later i had a misfire on #2 again. Brought it back to C&S. They kept the car for 4 days then called me to say that they wanted $1100 for a compression test to figure out my problem and perhaps $1400 more to fix the issue. I went and got the car and parked it at home... still think a new coil will fix the issue, but haven't had the time to find another shop. 3rd issue is when i brought them a truck and a set of shocks. They agreed to install my new shocks and do an alignment. They said would have the work done by a certain time and date. That time and date came and I was told they had some delays and would be done in another 4 hours. I came back and they told me that they could not get the alignment "perfect" because of a bent frame. I questioned this because this truck had never been in a wreck. But they insisted that I did not know what I was talking about even though this truck has been in my family since new, and it went straight before I brought it to them. Sure enough the truck pulled to the right all the way home. So, I have a car that still needs either a coil or a compression test and a truck that needs another alignment by someone who knows what they are doing. This shop is very busy. They always have a backlog of work and long wait times. I feel like they put off your repairs until you complain, and then they rush to get you out of their way. A lot of people like them, but I honestly believe they jacked up the cost of the diagnostics quote for my car because they had so much other work and could afford to lose my business. I haven't had another shop look at my alignment yet, but I'd wager that when they are done the truck goes straight again.

Miriam, the office manager is always helpful and friendly. Thomas is great, he has stopped what…read morehe's doing to come check out what I'm describing, last time he even took it for a drive to see if he could give me an idea of what to expect. They're always busy but try their best to get to your vehicle as soon as they can, they're honest, the last two times, ( 2 different problems) my vehicle has been ready sooner than expected, and they were able to repair it for less than I was expecting. Great service!

VERY RUDE PEOPLE... The owner, Thomas, and the woman masking herself a front desk help. Not sure…read morethat they even know or understand the concept of customer service. I took my vehicle in because it was not running. I was thinking that it was a transmission issue and told them this. After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!
