I was here 3 years ago and it was authentic I couldn't remember the name and today I finally found it again. This is my 1st Japanese place I tried in Tj and nothing since has compared. The ambiance is so zen and soothing, very calming and relaxing for me and the food makes me feel good Love the music videos

We went on a shopping excursion in Plaza Rio, and were getting hungry. After checking out our many…read moreoptions, we decided on sushi. Fortunately, this place was just inside the plaza, close to the entrance from the main avenue. We walked in and were please to see that there would be no wait to get seated. The place was clean and modernly decorated. I liked the decor here, which reminded me of Benihana back home. They have similar tables where a chef can cook the food in front of you, and make a show of it. We sat down at a regular table, near the sushi bar. I knew what I wanted, which was the rainbow roll, or the "arcoiris." After putting in my order, I was intrigued to find different types of soy sauce. They had a spicy one, a regular one, and a sweet one. I placed a bit of each on my tray, and alternated with them as I ate my sushi. The roll itself was pretty big, and it was delicious! I ordered another roll, and also dipped each cut alternatively into each sauce. I personally liked the sweet sauce, it added extra character to my sushi rolls. After checking out, we made our way out and toward our next destination. We enjoyed our meal here, and would consider it as an option the next time I find myself in Plaza Rio.
