Honestly I never thought I would be leaving such a bad review at a AYCE sushi place…read more Lets start off with the service. when I went with my wife and two kids, the two female asians servers seemed very unmotivated. They had quite a rude tone and they were giving dirty looks from the counter and when they walked by. I also saw the two female workers gossiping laughing, and pointing at us from the counter. I could clearly tell they were making jokes out of us. Both of my kids are under 12, This highly inappropriate, especially when theres young children around. The food tasted slightly off, but tolerable. The fish tasted slimy, a weird kind of slimy. The rolls were sloppy and were plated quite messy and unappealing. The fish to rice ratio was also off. My kids wanted to try the sushi taco, so we ordered it. It did not look like a taco at all, we were very disappointed and it tasted horribly. Honestly theres better AYCE sushi places you can go to instead of this place. The seating was quite cramped and disorganized aswell. Ive been to many different AYCE places and none were as terrible and horrid as this one. I do NOT recommend this place.

Kopan Sushi & Ramen has Waguy, ramen, sushi , takoyaki, chicken Karage and more…read more We were craving sushi. I had Kopan bookmarked for a while. Since the weather was hot and I was lazy to drive, I placed an order via Uber Eats. The order came on time as I scheduled it. Everything was packed very well. We got the following, -Mango lover roll 5/5 - Baked Green Mussels 5/5 - Shrimp Shumai 5/5 - Snowcone Roll 5/5 - Lemon Roll 5/5 - Snow White Roll 5/5 - Yellowtail Roll 5/5 - scallop Roll 5/5 Everything was fresh, delicious and flavorful. The lemon roll, mango lover roll , and snow white roll were my favorites. The lemon roll tasted zesty, citrusy and refreshing. I am a mango lover, so I really enjoyed the tropical mango taste which enriched the flavor. Snow White Roll was heavenly, very rich and savory. The shrimp shumai is another highlight. It was flavorful and juicy with perfect texture and perfect shrimp amount.Baked green mussels were savory and fresh we really had such a wonderful dinner. I will be back to try more rolls.

I liked the sauce on this one since it gave it a pretty tangy aftertaste. - Tonkatsu Ramen (3/5): Tonkatsu broth wasn't rich enough for my girlfriend but I found it fine. Also wished a full egg was provided instead of half an egg. Overall (3.5/5): We came here on a Saturday at noon and it was pretty quiet. We were seated quickly, ordering was easy and food came out fast. There's a buy one get one 50% off for rolls, but I personally found them smaller than expected. While I was still full, I don't think the rolls are worth it if you buy only one individually. Overall we found Kopan to be a decent experience and we'll be back since it's a convenient spot for us.

I ordered four California rolls, one crunch roll, and a KD orange roll for take-out…read more When I placed my order over the phone, I was advised it would be twenty minutes. I arrived twenty-five minutes later and observed that the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. There were three groups of people sitting and dining at numerous tables. I advised the female employee that I was there to pick up my order. After confirming my name, the employee said it would be a few more minutes while my orange roll was being made--no problem, I stated. I noticed a white, plastic-sealed bag containing six to seven rolls in plastic containers, sitting on the counter, ready for pickup. I asked the employee if that was my order. She checked the name on the receipt and advised that it was not my order. Ok, no problem, I stated. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. Fifteen to twenty minutes went by, and still, no sushi. The lone female employee was taking phone orders and handed two customers who had also been waiting for their orders. I glanced at the receipt attached to the bag that was resting on the counter, ready for pick up Unless someone else ordered the exact rolls I had ordered (4 CA rolls, one crunch roll, and one orange roll), this WAS my order. I asked the employee to please double-check my order, as I believed this order, which had been sitting on the counter the entire time, was, in fact, mine. The employee confirmed my name and advised, "Oh yes, this is your order. I made a mistake". She handed me my order, and I was gone. I was not upset about having to wait for my order, but I do wish the employee had checked the receipt attached to my bag more clearly the first time around. Oh well, stuff happens. The rolls were well-made and very tasty. In the end, my family and I were happy campers

From sushi to bento boxes, to appetizers, etc. Everything on the menu is/and looks so delicious! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Greeting you as you walk in! They are very attentive and make sure you're good! As for the food, they have a buy 2 get 1 free for sushi rolls, which is a win in my books! The prices are very fair for what they offer. We usually get the crunch dragon, and switch off between other rolls. ( the baked lobster roll is definitely a favorite as well!) Everything comes out fresh, and tasty! As for the restaurant itself, it's very clean, and as far as booths/tables, it's a good amount for when it's not too busy. I will say, we did come in on a busy night, so we had to sit at the sushi bar, which we didn't mind at all, but just keep that in mind! With that being said, I definitely recommend! Especially with the buy 2 get 1 free deal, you can beat that! Especially when their rolls are super tasty!

What made me write this review is because they didn't have one of the ingredients available and instead of letting us know ahead of time or that they were going to change the ingredients to something else, they waited for it to be served to let us know of the changes. This has not happened once, but twice. What if the customer didn't like the ingredients you swap? What if they order that set mainly for those ingredients? What if they have food allergies? We have been to many sushi restaurants low to high end. We love sushi. We travel to Japan many times. Many sushi chef would let their customers know that they don't have the ingredients available and if we would like it to be swap. They do not serve it and then tell us "oh we don't have this ingredient available so we swap it out for you." Because of this, it left me with a sour taste and I won't be coming back.

The rolls are perfectly prepared, DELICIOUS, and fresh. The entire staff here is super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They are hard workers and genuinely nice people. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in this very popular area, as there are numerous restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

They seem to have everything in their menu including udon. Yes, their lunch is enough for 2. I take the beef, salad and rice. My wife takes the chicken teriyaki and California rolls. It is the perfect lunch for my wife and I. Service is normally good for me.
