This place has really gone downhill. It used to be our favourite, but I'm not sure if we'll go back. the last two times we ordered, we were met with rude and inept service from the young boy at the front. This last visit was the last straw. We ordered for pickup and were told 30-35 minutes. That's fine. This was around 8pm. I just got off work. When we arrived, we were immediately told they were closing. I said we were there for pickup. The young boy wandered around for a bit. Then he returned and asked if we were picking up for Skip. I said no. Then he said he couldn't find our order. I named a few things we ordered. He said he forgot to put the order through and offered us 50% off. We just turned around and left without a word. Are you kidding? We're hungry at this point. It will take roughly another 30-35 minutes, and they'll most-likely rush it because they're "closed" even though it's only 8:45pm. It's now too late to go anywhere else to order food because we wasted our time with the clown who answered the phone and took our order without actually taking it. This is absurd and should be dealt with if you wish to keep your customers, and I'm too tired to complain to Management. Nothing will be done about it anyway. At least Safeway was open. Nothing beats fruit with dip, peanuts, and Jamaican patties because it's too late to actually cook a decent meal. Had we known ahead of time, I just would have gone to Safeway to begin with. Maybe then I could have made something better because I would have had more time. read more

Was excited to try out another sushi joint in Lloyd. Sadly it didn't meet expectations. The food wasn't very tasty (the chicken teriyaki tasted like someone had dumped a bunch of store-bought teriyaki sauce on some Costco chicken strips), and the California rolls were abnormally sweet. Worse yet, my friend and I both got stomachaches shortly after eating here. The other sushi place in Lloyd is still tops in my book. read more
