Spicy salmon maki was meh, unfortunately. Cucumber was strangely off?? Too hard and tasted weird. Presentation wasn't great as sushi was tossed around in a too-big container, but I liked that they packaged the wasabi separately. Would I order again? Yes - I might update to a better rating after a nigiri-only order next time!

J'ai pris un menu combo, il n'y a pas de verre d'eau à table, la décoration est vraiment très sommaire (fils électriques au plafond). From what I noticed the menu is the same from Tuesday to Thursday and then they have a separate menu for Friday to Sunday. Some of the rolls were different then other all you can eat places so we tried those. For the weekly menu they do not offer sashimi only nigiris. The price per person is approximately 28$ tax in. I definitely recommend this place. Service was really good and the food was coming out pretty fast. The sushi and the fried stuff were to our liking. We had to call to get reservations because they don't have a website but when we went it seemed like ppl were coming in without reservations The only bad thing about this place was the ice cream, I got the green tea ice cream but it has a powdery feeling/ taste. Which I don't recommend. This place is good for small groups. I would go back definitely

Half the sushi's were good typical AYCE quality, the other half were pretty bad, greasy fried bits, not fresh and crispy. The service was very good and quick no complaints there.

Service wasn't bad but a little slow. On the plus side, their decor is at least consistent, and the restaurant was clean. Most of the rolls on the menu have a lot of tempura which feels like a filler to me. The rolls are nice and plump but the there's way too much rice and not enough fish. I suspect they add sugar to their soya sauce, it tastes unusually sweet. I probably won't return.

On February 21 at 6:00 p.m., we were four people at Torii Sushi in Laval to celebrate a birthday. The sushi and their presentation are at the forefront of Japanese cuisine. Everything was truly exquisite. For this evening, we spent close to $400, and from a culinary standpoint, the experience met expectations. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the evening. The cavalier manner in which the assistant manager practically showed us the door is unacceptable. A serious lack of judgment and tact. We regularly visit restaurants in Montreal and Laval, and never -- I repeat, never -- have we been treated this way. Being rushed like that in front of our guests, during a birthday celebration, is frankly humiliating. We felt ashamed of the situation. At 6:00 p.m., we certainly did not expect to have to cut our evening short. The message was clear: "Eat, spend, and free the table quickly -- other customers are waiting." An establishment that positions itself as a high-end experience cannot afford such a lack of respect. Never again. Review based on our personal experience, honest and factual.

They asked if I wanted Bento or from the menu, and I wanted the menu items. I requested crab to be removed from the tayo ozisushi and they removed it with no hesitation. I also ordered the crunch salmon roll (don't remember the exact name) and the kind staff member ensured it didn't have crab in it. It was ready in less than 10 minutes, and a quick walk around the block made the wait just fly by. The total for both dishes came to $19, which is a bit on the pricier side I suppose but reasonable for dinner for sure. The sushi tasted quite good I have to say. Very fresh and flavourful. You can definitely tell when the salmon is high grade and this place does it right! I forgot to ask if they could torch the ozisushi, maybe next time. It still tasted good though! I was enticed by the high Yelp reviews, and happy to also provide one. I'll definitely visit again for takeout!
