Sushi Sake @sushisakecoralsprings Coral Springs, FL Had to be there for the very 1st day! Very neat and clean. Excellent service at the bar. The food is pretty good but the presentation of the food I ordered for takeout is genuinely insane. $33 salmon... and you get bare minimum fish, with false advertising for presentation & salad. The pineapple fried rice is awesome. But that salmon...? Eeeeyuck! The service was quiet slow when I went to pick up my order, a couple walked out (this is an observation) because of how slow it was & honestly it's strange that this place is even an establishment given it has the aura of an online ordering kitchen with no real attention to the actual people sitting to eat.

Excited to make our way here, service very good, ambiance & decor nice but unfortunately when we received our steak fried rice there was barely steak. If it had 5 pieces I think that's a lot. The flavor was good but for the price not worth it. Wine prices are Miami, Many restaurants in the area have same wines at a much lower cost.

We hadn't been around since we cancelled our membership last year so we thought it a good idea. We popped in after work on a Tuesday. Obviously a off day but that was a plus. They have a very long tasting bar but on a busy day its tough to get a spot. We got a spot right away this day. There was a very nice lady working our area that got us set up right away. We tried some me had many times before, but also a couple new ones, including the wine of the month. Some nice wines were had, and some not so nice, to me. But that's the fun of a tasting. She even had us try one other at the end past our total wine count. There is definity a empahsis on good vibes at Cooper's, which we have always apprecisted. Funny that after all that time as members I finally got to write a review for this spot. We will be back again sometime, just not every month like the membership allows.

I sat in the bar area and was able to choose my own spot so I got a booth. My server was over quickly as I perused the menu. They did have happy hour until 5:30p with some drinks and appetizers to choose from. We got the tempura shrimp off that menu. For dinner we got a plate of Brussels to share and I got the pistachio crusted grouper. The Brussels were delicious. The flavors they used were great! The shrimp had a spicy kick to them. Good but I think if I had to only choose one appetizer - it would have been the Brussels. My grouper was cooked great - was juicy and the pistachio topping was delicious. It came with some asparagus and mashed potatoes. Service was good and food was delicious.

I told her I was there for the surprise bag. Said she hadn't made any yet. No problem. Well she kept setting up. I just sat at the small sexy bar. Well it took her some time to set up the surprises, I like they don't use styrofoam, who is a nice small paper box Very sad when I got home the grapes look like they had something on them and my husband wiped it. It was filthy dirty we wiped a few and it literally was never rinsed or anything. Very sad.

She explained that the day I had visited they had a few hiccups, and to make things right, she invited me and my friends back. I'm glad I accepted, because this time we had a much better experience. We were served by Orin and Marcello, who were both friendly and attentive. Orin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We had a few wine flights, which was perfect since they have a nice selection of reds, whites, and rosés. Alongside the wine, we enjoyed a cheese and meats plate that was beautifully put together and very tasty. Their house jam, definitely ask for it if you're a fan, it was delicious! We also tried the burrata fig salad, which leaned on the sweeter side but was still very enjoyable, and a prosciutto panini that complemented everything perfectly. Overall, I'm really glad I gave Rebel another try. The effort Larissa and her team put into turning things around was clear, and I look forward to coming back again in the future.

First off, parking was difficult because this establishment is near other highly frequented businesses. Once inside, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately sat us at a table for two. The interior is small and intimate, which also meant very loud once it got crowded. After being seated, our water cups were quickly filled, and someone inquired if we wanted drinks. After we were approached twice, still unsure of what we wanted, we were then neglected for at least ten minutes. Our appetizers arrived and still no one had come to get our entree order. The menu is fairly small, and the items are quite pricey. You know what else was small? The drinks! For $18 I want to hold a drink that fills my hand. Was it good, yeah; but it wasn't life changing. We ordered some scrumptious rosemary focaccia and lemon garlic olives to start; my husband chose the Korean Fried Chicken and I opted for the pappardelle bolognese for our main course. Both dishes were tasty, but I don't think either one was reasonably priced at $34. We opted to skip dessert after watching everyone around us receive their meals before us; and only at this time did our waiter seem to become more attentive. Overall, food is great, but overpriced; service was fair - but for over $100 for two entrees, appetizer and one drink, we won't be back.
