Conch salad was delicious! It was so good I forgot the picture!!! It was refreshing and spicy all at the same time. Great appetizer choice. Had the miso soup and spicy tuna roll for a good lunch choice. Hamachi (Japanese amberjack fish) choice option here which takes time to make so you need time. Place is clean, outdoor seating, prompt service. I would love to come back and eat the Thai food but this time we came for sushi and well this fish lol. I definitely recommend. So good we went back for dinner and tried more items on the Thai menu and got another conch salad. Coconut soup with shrimp delicious, red curry with chicken and more sushi rolls. read more

My family of 5 ate here twice during our week stay before and after the 4th of July. I was pleasantly surprised at the wait times we once ate in and once to go and also the quality of the food. We have some picky eaters and everyone loved their entrees and apps both times we went. I wanted to make sure and leave a review for the great service and food! FYI there were 5 of us and when we downs in, they did automatically add a 20 percent gratuity which was fine with me but I like to at least know verbally before that it's already included. read more

Interactive and extravagant service! Such a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Our server PT was an angel sent from heaven. Very engaging, funny, intuitive, and charismatic, and handsome. The karaoke was unexpected, but the highlight of our night. Will be coming back with at least 10 people. Thank you PT! Oh yea, how could I forget? The dining experience. The food was out of this world! Excellent variety and quality. And a fun boba tea menu. 10/10 experience. Perfection. read more

Definitely go here when visiting the island. Cozy, relaxed atmosphere; almost felt like I entered a ramen bar in a Tokyo alley. Dragon Ball Z was unique and delicious! Highly recommend! Friendly service and a fast carry out order made this visit 10/10 read more

Loved this place! Went there multiple times! Loved the ramen, spring rolls, crab Rangoon and sushi rolls!!

Restaurant is friendly feeling, though crowded even when there's barely anyone in there. Outdoor seating is nice. The menu is huge, and I guess if you've never eaten good Thai food you might like it. For me, the curries were a disappointment; not even as good as the kind of bottled curry you'd buy in the store. Don't have the larb either, it's overly sweet, comes without lime, has no acidity. My friend tried the tonkatsu ramen and the noodles might as well have come out of a 25 cent package. No way the broth was home made. The salmon sushi rice was good, the right temperature and consistency. Scallop roll was good. Salmon sashimi looked fine but tasted meh, the gyoza were clearly out of a freezer box, and the gyoza sauce was overly sweet. The mochi ice cream wasn't cold enough, it was kind of glutinously melting already. All in all a disappointment. Don't have the ramen; the sushi is passable if you have a jones for it. read more

We used to vacation on Anna Maria Is every summer from SC, and we always loved getting sushi on the island. I was visiting again to see how it fared after the hurricanes. Craving sushi, I visited this place, after the first two sushi places I tried were closed. Sushi Ramen is fabulous! The lady who served me was kind and enthusiastic. The restaurant was clean with a relaxed ambiance. I ordered a specialty tuna roll- the spicy tuna lover roll- and two spicy tuna hand rolls. They were AWESOME! The tuna was fresh too. I wanted to go back the next day, but they are closed Mondays. Highly recommend! read more

Sushi was delicious and staff very kind. Tuna Lovers roll was a hit. Salmon roll also hit the spot.

Don't go here this place is a scam! The main waitress told me that if I want to use tap to pay that there will be an extra 20% tip that goes directly to her and when I asked her if I could tip her in cash all of a sudden that 20% tip was not needed for my tap to pay. Scammers. If you're going to do tap to pay, make sure you go up to the register with her because she will scam you. read more

Felt racist. - Food was mid -They Charged 20% gradutity for 5 people, CRAZY!!!! Terrible!! read more

Great hidden gem on Anna Maria Island. Went for dinner and had delicious sushi rolls (spicy tuna and yellowtail), ramen, and cucumber salad. Service was fast and attentive and restaurant was clean. Refreshing to see places on Anna Maria that are not ridiculously gouging their prices. Will be back!!! read more

Tonkatsu Ramen tasted like it was made with broth. Awful food. Staff was pleasant however.

Came in for dinner around 8pm. Wait staff were very pleasant and attentive. Plenty of available seating, but this is August and offseason. We had crab Rangoon and edamame for appetizers. For our entrées, we had the red dragon roll, Anna Maria Island roll, and the Japanese bagel roll. All three were delicious. We were too full to order dessert!! They have wine, beer and Sake available. We will be back. read more

So good! Went with a small group for lunch and they were very nice. Sushi was great! I got the White Dragon and Salmon roll:)

Excellent sushi and service! Prices are also reasonable. We will definitely eat here again!!

Poke Bowl! We've had a place on AMI since the late 80s. Unlike most restaurants that come and go, only a few old establishments have stood the test of time. Sushi? Not since the conch fritters at Shells. Sushi Romen has been fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they produce some amazing sushi! read more

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. I love the little bar seating outside although when I visited it was too hot to sit out there. Everything we are, we loved- gyoza, Thai spring rolls, eel roll, edamame, shrimp tempura roll. I will definitely visit again. read more

At first glance the proportions seem very small. Very little noodles in the ramen and only 2 small pieces of pork in the bowl. The sushi also looked small but the flavor was excellent. I had won ton soup and it was excellent as well but had only 3 very small won tons. It was fresh and tasty. The presentation was a bit underwhelming. Other places have the same menu but proportions are nearly double. I hope this place does well as I thing the will loose local traffic as soon as the tourists leave. read more

We got to go tonight and ordered on their website. Said it would take an hour - it took an hour and a half. I waited in the restaurant and they all felt bothered by it. We got sushi and ramen - it all tasted just okay. For it being pricey I thought it was very average especially when you add the wait. Maybe better if you eat inside the restaurant but I wouldn't recommend getting to go. read more

My wife and I are vegan, and this place did not disappoint. We had tempura mushrooms as an appetizer, ginger salad, and then miso soup with kimchi without the eggs. Plenty of options for those who eat meat too. The food was delicious, and the service friendly despite being very busy. Highly recommended for vegetarians and anyone else who likes ramen! read more

This place is a bit hidden, you have to know it's there or you'll miss it. I didn't know what to expect as we have many authentic ramen and sushi restaurants in my hometown. We were pleasantly surprised. Good quality and friendly staff. We had 4 rolls and one tonkatsu ramen bowl plus spicy conch and gyoza appetizers. All tasty and a great option when you want a different option than American/seafood. read more

Very good! I loved the spicy ramen and the kids loved their sushi boat. It was a very generous portion and everything was fantastic

We ordered take out and the food was delicious! Friendly and fast service. Will be back.

We just arrived on AMI a couple days ago and road our bikes up Gulf to find SUSHI RAMEN! Love the food! Has our first dish of FRIED PEANUT - hot, salty and a little kick - so delish & fun! The HOUSE SALAD (GINGER DRESSING) was super fresh, not your typical. We got the HAMACHI JALAPEÑO & DRAGON DYNAMITE ROLLS. Yes, more please! Poo was our server and just made our evening! My family of 9 had the best food. It was a very nice experience. The service was excellent.

This place was delish! We own a home on this street and are here a few weeks a year. This will def be in our rotation! My son had the spicy ramen. It was really really good. Great flavor not overly spicy. We had the lava drop roll which was . So good. We also had the tuna lovers roll, and the softshell crab roll. And my daughter had the Panang curry special and it was so flavorful and the flavors were spot on! I highly recommend! Also I would check the Google reviews also on this restaurant. They are much better and more informative than the ones here on yelp for some reason. It's a bit small just a heads up but it's cute inside. read more

My adult daughters went here for lunch (though I paid for it) and it was mixed reviews. Two of them enjoyed theirs, but the one who has actually been to Asia was disappointed. She also was surprised that the person taking the order seemed confused when asked if the tuna was "Ahi tuna". She tried asking several times and the girl said she had never heard of it. And they messed up my son-in-laws to-go order even though my daughter explained clearly what she wanted. He was not happy. Probably won't be back. read more

It took longer than the 70 min. promised, most items were made incorrectly and the sushi was not fresh.

I ordered on the app and instead of disclosing you order through doordash, which several restaurants and services self deliver, I was left waiting 75 mins for food only a mile away. Not only that, I decided to call the restaurant regarding my order to which they stated the driver had not come to pick up my delivery. At this point, the restaurant was closed and told me to notify door dash to cancel my own order (which I wasn't aware it was through in the first place.) The owner/worker asked me to pick up (defeating the delivery fees and tip which doordash customer service told me they couldn't refund...) The owner told me he would bring it and no one came.. was out of $60 and waited 3 hours for food which never came... Finally got a full refund the next day, but the lack of transparency is not a good business route. The website needs to be more transparent and disclose. Disappointed and will not be trying again.... read more
