So my guess is possibly because the restaurant has layers of goodness? Anyway, if you live here or are simply traveling through Catania and looking for something other than Italian, you'll be happy to try Oxidana's. Their portion sizes are enough to share!! The staff and service were spot on. I've added only two photos, but you cannot go wrong with anything you order. Trust me, we watched every dish as it came out. I would suggest making a reservation. Parking was a lot easier than I thought it would be and that was a start to good things. I apologize there were no pictures taken. I had a sushi sampler and some shrimp to start and was thoroughly impressed. I tried to more of their "fancier" rolls and was still ok cloud 9. This will be a regular spot for me as the parking is convenient and the sushi is outstanding.
