Arrived here for dinner. The restaurant looks new and clean from the outside and inside. It's clean although fairly sterile environment. My issue concerns the food. The Giza was a wallpaper paste, consistency, only it didn't taste as good. The crab Rangoon was the weirdest prepackaged thing I've seen in a while and terrible The sushi offerings are mainstream, and it appears as if they do everything possible to cut costs. I understand it's all you can eat place, which I didn't know going in, but I've been to all you can eat that actually have good food. Here everything is mixed and bushed and ground so they can add other ingredients to the fish to make it appear as if you're getting more, although you're really getting less. All that cost cutting wouldn't be so bad if it at least tasted good, but it was horrible. Big pass on this place. read more

They have all you can eat for one price dinner and lunch menu changes $26.99 is the weekend price which is a great deal! I thought this place was decorated really nicely. When I walked in, I didn't realize it was an all you can eat restaurant, but the prices were great for lunch. There were some decent choices, but minimal; the specialty roles were all very similar. I started with the Gyoza which I was surprised was fried, it was OK. Been here several times for the all-you-can-eat and I've tried a lot of different small plates now. It's a little hit or miss but once you figure out what you like it can be a good deal. Some items that I like are the seaweed and kani salads, creamy shrimp, tuna tataki, shrimp tempura, fantastic four roll. Sushi is average - lots of rice. Be careful if you order sashimi as its $1 per piece extra on top of the all-you-can-eat price. Don't over order as they state on the menu that you'll be charged by weight for uneaten food! Sorry to say that food is not great per my experience eating sushi and Japanese dishes. The food slices are served at chiclets size and some food have been pre-cooked and probably gets re-heated. Food served are not properly prepared to the Japanese taste standard. The Chinese buffet across the property has better choices and flavors. Overall good experience, but there are a few things to know.... 1) All available internet info suggested that children are priced by height, however the store declares everyone 11 and above an adult when you arrive. Full freight for a 12 year old, despite a very limited appetite. Wish this was made clear on restaurant website. 2) We ordered all-you-can-eat. Nigiri sushi comes with at least twice the ratio of rice-to-fish vs. what I've seen anywhere else. I suspect this controls the cost of AYCE for them (filling us up with rice), but it adversely impacts the flavor. 3) Sushi served without wasabi/ginger, but we asked and were given. Tempura served without dipping broth. This was odd. But the food, including fish, was fresh. The sushi rolls were very nice. Hibachi/teppanyaki steak was tender and delicious. Service was a little slow at first, so we ordered another round of food every chance we could (2 hour limit on AYCE). Bussing was a bit awkward sometimes, but very friendly. Absolutely wonderful experience dining inside Sushi Kingdom. We were greeted by friendly staff and explained the all-you-can-eat pricing for my kids (under 3' is free, 3-4.5' is $12.99 and 4.5+ is $16.99); adults are $26.99. The decor was fun. I honestly can't give this place enough stars! It really hits every mark. I always say, sushi is either good or bad there is no in between. This sushi is GOOD! I've never been to an all you can eat sushi place and what usually deters us from getting sushi is the cost and disappointment that you can't try all the rolls you want to try. This changes the game! I was also really surprised to learn that you can also order hibachi, appetizers, desserts, etc as part of the all you can eat package. They even had a kids menu! The service was friendly and the food arrived very quickly. The ambiance was great - it's huge inside with a lot of decorations and a fireplace. I genuinely am looking forward to when we can return. At first glance this restaurant is appealing. it seems well kept and the decor is elegant. at the time i was visiting from california and was recommended by a trustworthy friend to try this place. when we arrived we were seated almost immediately however we weren't seen by a waiter for a solid 15 minutes. eventually someone came and asked for about drinks and we waited another 10 minutes until the drinks arrived and our orders were taken. we went for dinner on a friday around 8pm and the establishment was arguably slow. that being said when the food arrived the presentation was very good. i ordered 5 different sushi rolls and a side of fried rice and was not disappointed. my friend ordered a variety of dishes she says were delicious. my sushi was fresh, flavorful and well made. the rolls were pretty big too compared to most sushi bars. the service may could use some work but the food is very good and the price isn't bad either! read more

They're a BYOB which I wish I would have known prior to going. Waitstaff were quick and attentive. Now let's get to the food part. All the food was fresh and amazing. Besides the sushi, all the kitchen items are served between 1-3 pieces per order. So you'll have to ask for 2-3 orders per item. There were 3 of us. But we wanted to try everything they had to offer. The only food I wasn't a fan of was the Crunchy California. I didn't think it's be deep fried. I thought it'd be topped with something crunchy instead, so I'd give that a 2 out of 5 stars. All the sushi and kitchen items were good. The sushi were a decent size. I don't think it had alot of rice like other places. Everything was freshly made because we kept getting our sushi at different times. I wish it was served all one plate. Tempura Oreo could use some work. It was okay, but the fried banana with strawberry ice cream? We made our own little dessert. We stayed away from the fried rice and noodles because we didn't want to get too full. But overall I think their menu had a good variety. Definitely coming back and will be our new AYCE sushi spot here in eastern PA. read more

I love the freshness of the food. Part of me wants to keep this our local secret, but it's not fair to keep it to ourselves. We decided to go at the last minute. Our wait for a table was minimal. Within 10 minutes we were already on our first orders. It's great that we can order 3 sushi specialties each at a time. We were able to try different flavors this visit as well. The honey moon roll and steak soba were great but some other items like the monster roll and the snow crab salad were kind of disappointing but they were still good but for this restaurant you have to know what you want before you actually enter so I recommend the honeymoon roll,the crazy dragon roll and the salmon teriyaki. Awesome place. Glad to finally have found quality sushi. They also serve Japanese dishes. My very picky son LOVED their shrimp tempura as well as their chicken tempura! He ordered the kids chicken katsu and was pleasantly surprised by the large portions! He ordered chicken fried rice and had two servings because he said 'that hits!' Ahh the vocabulary of teens! The waitstaff was attentive and quick so food reached the table at a good temperature and because it was all made-to-order more attention was paid to the food. Very nice decor. Its a all you can eat sushi restaurant thats about 28$ per person. In addition to the drink 4-7$ range. So per person including tip you are spending @40$. Outside the sushi rolls. Portions are tiny to prevent wasted food and thats fine. But this means the wait staff continually makes trips back to the table to ask if you want more. Its a good procedure for the restaurant because their bobo teas are very sweet and drinks come, you slowly get filled on the sweet drink and then your food comes in small portions as you wait and you get filled up eating very little food resulting in good margin for the restaurant. Im not positive, but i believe they charge you for drink refills. Place was pretty busy. The food was pretty good, I dont feel its a good value but freedom of choice to spend your $$$ as you want on food. What can you do. NJ extorts everyone for every cent possible, the property lease is undoubtedly ridiculous. Its an ok restaurant however the ruby tuesdays before the covid nonsense changed everything that once was normal and inflated the costs while shriveling the return, was better for the 99% than anything today. read more

I ordered two salmon sushi I specified nigiri and was given a maki roll. I ordered the Pohatcong and Dynamite roll. Dynamite was decent Pohatcong was not good. I'm a big salmon fan and their salmon was below average in quality. My friend ordered Snow White and she couldn't force it down. One of these days I'll get to go to a Japanese restaurant that actually has Japanese staff - not Chinese. The "clear soup" was tasteless and the brown soup I was served tasted like beef bullion. The Mrs ordered Shrimp Teppanyaki which looked and tasted very Chinese-ish; especially with the brown sauce over the shrimp and veggies. (BTW, there are no Teppanyaki tables - the shrimp was cooked in the kitchen.) My sushi was ok but the nori (seaweed) wrap was soft and chewy. I ordered gyoza (dumplings) as an appetizer which tasted just fine but they were deep-fried instead of being pan-fried and steamed. The normal condiments served with gyoza are soy sauce, white vinegar and hot chili oil (Rayu); these were not served and the waitress had no idea what hot chili oil was. The service, however, was outstanding, so my disappointment should not reflect on them. read more
