Service was pretty good. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. The other customers seemed to be happy with what they got too. Located next to the food court, this is definitely a good option if you would like to get away from the crowds. Overall, was satisfied with the different sushis I've tasted and the must try here is the green tea (outer) infused with red bean mochi. Definitely a good one to end your meal with. The restaurant was filled by noon and when a large group arrived at the door they had to make a decision to find somewhere else to eat. Super solid karage, fresh, crunchy and tender and the sauces and kewpie mayo they use is great. The katsu don bowl was also exactly as i expected it. I may not be happy about the price if i were paying AUD but paying USD it was moreeee than fair. The quality was very consistent and the service was great. Don't go with a large group, you will not fit. Tiny as it is, Its usually better to try for a table rather than go for take away. Although they do take away, a lot of japanese food doesn't take kindly to sitting in a plastic container. It really should be eaten absolutely fresh. Which is basically all you can order and eat from the entire menu for $48.80 Monday to Thursday and $52.80 Friday to Sunday; which is the deluxe option. There is also the standard option that doesn't get you everything from the menu but most things, Monday to Thursday that will cost you $38.80 and from Friday to Sunday it costs you $43.80. The all you can eat buffet goes for 2 hours, so you can order and eat continuously for 2 hours before they pull the plug. They always let you know when you have last orders as well to ensure no mix up. You get plates and plates of everything you ordered and get to cook it yourself on the hot stoves on the table. Please be aware that if you are anything like our guys, they tend to smoke the place out and last time this caused the fire alarms to go off and the firemen to turn up. Not that I was complaining about the perving on the firey's but you get the drift! There is also a set menu you can order from if you prefer not to do the all you can eat option. The staff are lovely and attentive and even after we accidentally set off the fire alarm they always welcome us back with quiet giggles. It can get rather loud at certain points in the evening, however it's well worth it for the food.

We also love the takoyaki and often have to fight with each other about who gets a bigger half of the serving. They have bento boxes costing $14-$17 which are really great value considering you get a main dish with rice, sashimi, sushi and a side salad. The rice dishes are good too but I kind of prefer those from Tatsuya. Yatai's sushi rolls are pretty big and I often have problem finishing one order so I always have something leftover to takeaway. Their sushi and sashimi sets are also great value, but as I don't eat raw sushi or sashimi, my husband can only look at other diners who order these with wide eyed jealousy as he has no one to share the massive set with. Quite often during the evening rush when commuters are coming home from work, the place gets packed but service is quick so you don't have to wait too long for a table.
