Went there on a Saturday night with the family hoping for a quick and simple meal.
Within two minutes of glancing at the offerings on the conveyor, it became apparent that this restaurant most certainly not did not serve authentic Japanese sushi. Dishes after dishes fried, sauce heavy rolls passed by our eyes. Not a single nigiri sushi came by.
When we asked our server to order sushi directly from him so we could bypass the conveyor, he was more than happy to do so. This was literally the only highlight of the night.
No tuna sushi, no yellowtail sushi, no red snapper, no mackerel, no sea urchin... I kept flipping the menu card in disbelief. How do the owners run a sushi restaurant WITHOUT ANY COMMON TYPES OF SUSHI?? There is, however, decent salmon sushi, but unless you feel like having crab salad rolls or canned tuna rolls (which they actually offer), PLEASE bypass at all costs.
Needless to say, the whole family got a quick and simple meal - quick because they had NO OTHER SUSHI TYPES. There are better places to go within walking distance. Don't waste your time here. read more
