Bacon and tongue with a bit of salt is also very flavoursome on the charcoal grill! Yep charcoal not gas BBQ - Hence the name I guess. There's complimentary (or I guess its part of the price!) tea and coffee. You can also finish your meal with orange or watermelon slices. If you're looking for a long lunch place. Here it is. Firstly they serve four side dishes then not long after all the dishes came out one by one. One of the side dishes is the cold white soup which tastes a bit sour but very pleasant. Their Kim chi is very authentic, fresh spucy and tangy. The rest are very similar to those served in Korean BBQ restaurant. Their Bibimbsp is not served in hot stonebowl. While all the ingredients are served on one separate plate covering the luke warm rice. The bulgogi beef which is part of this bibimbap dish is very delicious. The rest are very fresh but doesn't look or taste like the bibimbap we know. The spicy seafood soup is better than average while the fried fish is very unique. I may not be happy about the price if i were paying AUD but paying USD it was moreeee than fair. The quality was very consistent and the service was great. Definitely a go to place if you're ever in the outskirts of sydney australia!
