Has a lot of depth in flavor and richness. The meat of the pho is fresh and very tender. Great meatballs and I definitely recommend getting extra meat with your pho. Con: the spring rolls was fresh, but I felt like it was a little too bare in ingredients as the herbs overpowered the proteins. Could maybe add more vermicelli. The pork in the spring roll was a little too dry and thin and would be better if they replaced it with freshly grilled pork. Overall great takeout place for some fresh pho soup and noodles!

I have been eating pho since the mid-80's and have tried it in many states and a few countries, too. I was starting to feel discouraged because I had struck out a couple of times as I searched my area for a good place, the last being Demi's Noodle House, which served a terrible soup IMO. Thankfully, Pho Street came through! They have a nice building, a clean restaurant, and their servers were all extremely nice. No less than 3 people checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. The soup was served piping hot, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was excellent. I did ask for rare beef and it came a little overdone, but not bad at all. Next time I'll ask for it raw in the hopes that it comes on a separate plate. One thing I think can be improved on is the lemonade. It didn't taste like the fresh, homemade lemonade that you find in most Vietnamese restaurants, it tasted like it was from a machine. Beyond that, I'll be back to Pho Street a lot, probably even in the next day or two! Thanks for the great food and service!

We came here because of the vegan section of the menu, which we definitely appreciate…read more I ordered the vegan spicy lemongrass pho ($16.75) and vegan tofu lemongrass saute ($16). Both supposedly come with veggies, but the veggie portions were pathetic: a few slices of carrot, 2-3 pieces of snap peas in the soup; onions in the lemongrass tofu, plus a few pieces of raw cabbage, carrot and daikon on the side with the rice). The main portions were only moderate. The pho had a few pieces of each of the vegan beef and tofu, a moderate vermicelli portions, and admittedly a nice salty broth. Not the worst we've had, and I guess I shouldn't complain about vegan options in a town like this, but this was a pretty lacklustre meal given the portions and lack of veggies. Hard to recommend it for that reason.

I expected homemade noodles and perhaps they were, but I could tell little difference in the quality of the noodles as compared to pre-packaged noodles. One strike. The broth was so salty we couldn't eat the meal that we planned to split. I know when you're working with miso and soy, salt is part of the equation. If you're wanting to avoid salt, or at least have a reasonable amount of salt, this is not your place. The chicken that topped the noodles was flavorful and cooked to perfection. All in all, I could have made this dish as presented, just as easily at home. Sorry guys. Not impressed.
