When we were initially exploring options casually, Christine met us with patience, professionalism, and zero pressure. She truly followed our lead and gave us the space to think, while always prepared with thoughtful guidance when we needed it. As our plans evolved and we stepped into purchasing land to build, her expertise and initiative were invaluable. As buyers unfamiliar with the home construction process, she took time to educate us, as well as facilitated interviews with home builders. She helped us organize information and think through our options so we could make a decision with clarity and confidence. She guided us through every step of the buying process, providing valuable insights and ensuring that we made informed decisions on everything from location to builder, price, build quality and design decisions. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she made sure that no stone was left unturned when it came to the properties we viewed. She even helped us look at older homes by builders we were considering for new construction to see how they aged, that made a huge difference in our decision. What sets Amelia apart is her genuine care for her clients. During the introductory call she immediately understood what we needed and supported us right away. She took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget, and she tirelessly worked to find a home that matched our criteria. Her recommendations are solid which saved us a lot of time and energy when it came to the mortgage, title, insurance, and all understanding the details of the home buying process. First time, military buyer and a trusted friend connected me with Renata. I was semi-working with 2…read morerealtors prior to her and was left unimpressed. No one seemed unique aside from saying "I'm a realtor" and passing me the same boring website with the same standard search engine every typical realtor uses--much of which I had to input myself. Why am I giving them a cut of my $$ when I am out searching on my own using these boring links? I was more than happy to have this friend pass me her info to see if she might have been different. I went out with Renata once or twice looking at places and early on I didn't see any differences yet. But we looked at one place that I ended up LOVING--and when I started moving fast on it I realized Renata was already ahead of me and ready to help me jump through the gates I was not yet aware of as a first time buyer. However, then we came to a roadblock realizing this dream place didn't allow dogs...which I could not give up. Watching my parents recently go through the buying process I knew I had to hold off getting excited about a place until the contract got accepted. But 2 days later I got a text and an email from Renata as she dug through local properties and found me one that was almost identical to the unit I lost out on, with minor adjustments. She helped me negotiate a deal on the property, and she swiftly alerted me when another offer was about to be made on the place and again helped me sprint to get a fair, negotiated offer in that would give me a chance against the competition. I/we closed on my condo today and it was great having her help me through every--single--step of the process. Even when I texted her random questions on weekend night, she would respond. I look forward to buying through her again, and trying to sell through her if she thinks aqua blue kitchen cabinets are even marketable. She might accept that challenge...for a price. Simply said, she is on your side and will help you every step of the way. Will definitely only work with her as long as I live in northern Virginia.

The decor was definitely worn down and dated so we were really looking for a realtor who was experienced with fixing up properties before putting them on the market, since we didn't have experience renovating houses or the ability to come back to Arlington for the sale. Renata was very responsive when we reached out to her and mapped out the process needed to quickly get our house on the market with the necessary renovations. She provided very detailed estimates of her recommended renovations and was very accommodating when we didn't think all of them were necessary. She had everything ready to go the day after the tenants moved out, oversaw all aspects of the renovations and staging, and had the house on the market in less than a month. We were able to leave all details to Renata to take care of and she didn't disappoint! We received multiple offers and had an accepted offer significantly above asking price within a week. If we ever find ourselves in the Arlington real estate market again we will not hesitate to work with Renata!
