There's cardio to begin with to get the heart rate up, strength and balance movements, and yoga and stretching time on a mat. It's a great open studio with room to spread out, loud music to get you jumping, and kind and helpful instructors. I'm a bit older and out of shape so didn't keep up with the entire class, but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. You will sweat, so they provide towels. They also provide weights, balls, and mats to use during class. They also have childcare if needed. Bring your water and you'll be set.

For example, my husband and I were on vacation recently. We toured a remote island and part of the beach was totally covered in downed, fairly large trees. We were navigating stepping over those trees when I suddenly realized that a year ago, I couldn't have made those high, awkward steps. She consistently asked how I was doing and if the pressure was okay, too much or too little. I have terrible issues with my hips, glutes, legs and feet. With a combination of Thai massage, yoga and stretching I felt fantastic when we finished. I got up off the massage table easily and felt so relaxed and moved around so much more easily. I will definitely see Crystal again and am also going to sign up for private yoga sessions. I would recommend her to anyone!
