If you have never experienced barre 3 over pure barre , you are missing out . I feel its a much better workout than pure barre . Also , no dirty carpet . read more

This is a great workout. It combines barre, pilates, and yoga movements into one class, so you feel like you've worked all of your muscles. There's cardio to begin with to get the heart rate up, strength and balance movements, and yoga and stretching time on a mat. It's a great open studio with room to spread out, loud music to get you jumping, and kind and helpful instructors. I'm a bit older and out of shape so didn't keep up with the entire class, but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. You will sweat, so they provide towels. They also provide weights, balls, and mats to use during class. They also have childcare if needed. Bring your water and you'll be set. read more

Okay so I'm 17 and I just saw a review that described how I felt. I'm neither out of shape nor in shape but it's definitely intense for someone who's not in complete shape. I'll be honest. I struggled a lot, BUT Miss Kristen was so encouraging and she spoke to us about "finding gratitude" and "being proud of ourselves" during the last 5 minutes/breathing part. It made me feel confident in what I had accomplished despite not being able to hold some poses :-) The people in the class and Miss Kyla, the other owner, are also encouraging, positive, and lovely people to have alongside this workout. You guys who do this on a daily basis are badass I must say. I've also signed up for the 3 for $30 so I'll be back soon! Unfortunately, the workouts are expensive so I'm not sure I can continue after those 3, however, thanks for having me Barre3! read more

Phew! What a workout! I have done other barre classes but this one rocks! It was such a great combo of well everything! The ladies at Barre3 were so welcoming and warm! Not only was Kyla a great instructor she helped give me modifications for some moves that were a bit to challenging for me! Kyla was so pleasant and understanding of my rookie moves . Hahaha. Kristen was the sweetest helping me get set up and slide into the class since I was running in late . The class was way more intense then I expected . Good stuff . Found some muscles that I didn't know I had . It was a great experience that was out of the norm . The amenities are great as far as a cozy , clean atmosphere . Kids zone . Love the shower available so you can hop back in to your schedule after class! They have soap and such just in case you left it . These ladies have an awesome beautiful studio with great personalities to go with ! read more

I've been going to Barre3 for a week now and I'm hooked. As soon as you enter the studio you are greeted at the front desk with smiles and a helpful attitude. The front area is very clean, there is a water bottle water fountain to refil your water bottles, cubbies to place your belongings and two extremely clean restrooms. The exercise studio is always cleaned up after every workout which to me is very important and you don't have to bring anything, all props are provided. The instructors are all five star people to me, they take the time to assist you with anything and make you feel like you've know them for years. read more

Barre3 has changed my whole mindset on exercise and being healthy. This is truly the first time I have loved exercising and have seen a drastic change in my body and mind. The class is challenging but not impossible and the atmosphere makes it enjoyable. I love how every class is different and I never get bored. Barre3 is not just about the class, it's about the whole experience. I have met so many wonderful women who are inspiring me to become the healthiest version of myself.
