After moving to South Carolina, I wasn't working out as consistently and had lost quite a bit of strength and muscle. Pilates has helped me build that muscle back, and I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Ikelle, Noelle, Aly, and Lindsey are all wonderful instructors.
