We just hired "Surroundz Eavestroughs" to fix and adjust all our eaves as they were installed badly and incorrectly on our house (by another company). After last year's ice dam issues and an insurance claim, along with chipping out ice, on a ladder in -10 to -15 for three weeks last year, I knew we needed experts to help us. Our home was built ten years ago and we bought it six years ago. It appears that the original installers didn't know what they were doing. I can make a list of the installation mistakes along with several troughs sloped in the wrong direction! I just want to give a huge shoutout to Surroundz for actually calling me back after weeks of calling different companies. Jamey stopped by and gave us a quote quickly and then Ray showed up and actually fixed all my issues, at a reasonable price and in half a day! Thank you Surroundz. We are forever grateful. Had a million excuses why the price was not what they said. The job was not done to the build standards. I wouldn't reccomend this company. They seem very nice at first but soon the aggresive side shows through. read more

These guys might show up to do an estimate, but they will add on extras for work not performed and they won't reply to questions about the costs. And they will suggest the quickest, easiest ideas instead of doing the job "right". You better do your research before calling them. I would not recommend even considering them. Initially everything was great. I quickly received their quote for a gutter cleaning and corner fix. I was having substantial water issues with every rainfall, and we had a LOT of rain this spring, so I signed off on the quote quickly just to get things in motion even though it felt expensive (I've never paid to have my gutters cleaned before, so I didn't have a reference point of what a professional price or process was). However, after I approved the quote it took 29 days before they could even tell me an install date. I was told "we'll let you know when we can come early next week", but next week came and went without an answer and I had to keep following up. I approved the first company that quoted back as I wanted the quickest fix possible to put an end to my water issues ASAP. There was no surprises between their quoted price and the final price, their quote was accurate to what they billed, but in hindsight my 260' gutter clean and single corner fix amounted to just over $700 including tax - seems high for two guys spending an hour on the job. They also removed the filters that had originally been installed at my 3 year old downspouts instead of clearing or replacing them, which was unexpected. read more

I called for an estimate and they got back to me right away and schedule the estimate for the following day. When I met with the sales person they arrived on time and in a logoed clean truck. The sales person took the time to walk around my home and ask me questions, addressed all my concerns and recommended some great options. Once we were done they printed the quote while I was there and reviewed with me...WOW I was so impressed with there professionalism and booked right away. There crew showed up on time the day they were scheduled, clean and extremely polite, cleaned up when they were done and even did a walk around with me to be sure I was pleased. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with Surroundz team. To make a long story short, I booked my service with the "top rated" company in Kelowna, which I won't directly name but there's nothing pure about them. However, I was surprised by the price that I was quoted over the phone, with no one coming to my house. After giving it some thought, I called the company back to inquire about the price; as a young woman and new home owner, I was disrespected to the point that I cancelled my appointment within 30 seconds of the conversation (keep in mind, I wasn't intending to cancel, I simply wanted the price explained to me). Anyways, low and behold I came across SURROUNDZ! One of their team members made the effort to come to my home, walk around my house with me, ask me what style gutter I wanted, explained the differences to me, asked me where I wanted my downspouts, and more. And the price was a whopping $500 difference. Not only is their customer service incredible, their work is reliable and very reasonably priced AND comes with a 15 year warranty on both labor and materials. 10/10 recommend!!!! read more
