It is now January my renter called and said the sundeck is leaking. I called Odell to ask him to go have a look. He said because I held back $200.00 until ever thing was complete at which time I paid him would not warranty the work basically called me an a------- and hung up. These guys did my neighbors roof and it was crazy watching them, at one point i counted 5 guys on…read morethe roof and not one was tied off with any sort of safety equipment. they were fast and at a glance it looked impressive, however when i took a closer look it was easy to see that they were more interested in speed than quality. i'm no roofing expert but i have been in construction my whole life and have seen many roofs installed, and this was not good to see. it reminded me of the old saying "good from far but far from good" i was approached by the young guy who is one of the owners and you could smell the bullcrap as soon as he started speaking, he reminded me of a sleazy car salesman and told me he would beat anyone's price by $1000,00. save your money and hire a reputable company who knows roofing. the only reason i gave them a 1 star is because there is no 0 option. they do not even have an office as their address is an apartment ( i did my research ), how can they offer such a long warranty when they can be gone at anytime. i urge anyone looking for a new roof to not opt for the cheapest because you get what you pay for.
