I work in nursing and need my watch every night. It's tough not having it on my arm and having to hold it in my hand. The lady was very kind and friendly brought me out several different selections. I did mention I would rather have a metal band cause it seems to last longer works better for me and so she got me that it ended up costing like under $20 just to get the new band that have installed and everything without a problem so a couple other pieces were picking up for our children for Christmas and they were very reasonable as well. They have a great selection of jewelry watches Find jewelry, which is like diamonds, etc., for engagement or renewal or if that one person just finally had that baby they've been waiting for forever. It's just an incredible place. They also make pins or emblem buttons for your shirt like if you've been 25 years with a company they can put the company's name on there plus the 25 years they pull pictures of things on it. They may click little awards award, be a shirt, then white selection of gifts and things it would be wise to stop the year before you head to any large jewelry store at the mall or any other place that says they sell great stuff. This one you actually get a family owned business business with the people people coming right out to take care of you it's not big, but it's big enough. It's not overwhelming. I like it myself we have been in many times to get stuff and I wouldn't trade that type of jeweler for anything all that type of service. You would do best to check them out the next time you wanna make that big proposal.

I have shopped here for years. I have no idea why I have never written a Yelp review of this shop…read more We have many mementos from this shop, dating back more than a decade. O this visit, we went in just to browse with little intent to buy. But we found a perfect memento of this trip, something we actually needed, a new wall clock for my husband's study. It has a topographic map of Woods Hole as the background clock face and has a frame of copper. It was not terribly expensive but is a novelty for our home and seems to be working well. The staff was incredibly informative about current goods from an artist we have bought in the past. There was some very pretty natural themed jewelry that in the past I probably would have purchased but probably do not have a real need now. I did pick up some note cards by a local artist as those are always useful. When we return to Woods Hole in the future we will undoubtedly return to this shop. We always do.

In a world of Super Mega Corporations it's really nice to have a reliable source such as Pro Chem with real human employees to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The office staff are so nice and will rush a pickup order for you at any time. Now, this is by no means a retail store. Their offices are really just administrative staff and order processors so you'll have to do your shopping and browsing either online or in their catalog. They ship every where but if you're in the Fall River area, you can pick your order up to avoid shipping fees. I highly recommend you peruse their website, it's a great resource for not only textile supplies but they also have hundreds of instructional pamphlets that you can download and print for free.
