While we were browsing for the pants, we decided to get the binding adjusted on her skis and the gentleman (Bob) was so helpful with tweaking my daughter's gears to make her first day back on the slopes as easy and enjoyable as possible. It's shops like this that I miss in Toronto, with that extra attention to customers experience and willingness to go that extra mile to make it great. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I had rented a uhaul to ship IKEA furniture…read moreto Bala. I had swept it out prior to dropping it off and ensured it was cleaner than when I picked it up. This is a truck with 143,500+ miles on it. When I returned it, the man behind the counter tried to charge me a $30 cleaning fee. I took him out to a vehicle utterly devoid of dirt. I called uhaul, they advised not to pay. This man then become irate and belligerent, uttering threats, stating that he knew my name. He was volatile and got in my face. He didn't look far off assaulting me. At all costs, avoid this place. This is a very unbalanced person and a store you don't want to deal with.
