I had already clearly stated I could do AFTERNOONS. Two weeks later I get a call and then a text asking if I'd like to be added to the "ASAP list". I thought I already was?! I was contacted AGAIN a few days later asking about my availability. How many times do I have to spell out I can come in the afternoons?! By this point, they're too much and I ask that they take me off the list. It's too much communication. May 27th comes along and I realize I've received no communication about my appointment on the 28th. I text them to find out they canceled my appointment. I NEVER told them to cancel my appointment. I simply didn't want to be constantly bothered about their "ASAP list". It's really unacceptable that they canceled an appointment I waited almost 3 months for. I was really hoping to have a good dentist 5 minutes from my house but no such luck. I was not interested in rescheduling as I completely lost trust in this office.

She even answered my concerns with dental anesthesia and anxiety. Dental hygienist Juliana (I think!) was great with the xrays and cleaning. She was really quick and efficient I unfortunately had 3 cavities.. after not going to the dentist for the last 2 years. I was dreading my filling. But Dr. Trinh was AMAZING. She did 3 fillings in 30 minutes. I went without anesthesia and it was manageable because she was so gentle, explained every process when she didn't have to, offered jaw breaks (we need those!), and I loved that she was humming while working -- it totally made me feel more reassured. No unnecessary procedures or products were pushed on me while I was here. I got in, did my cleaning / fillings, and I was out. So professional and highly recommend! Thank you! While other dentist I have been to will always suggest expensive treatments and try to push you to get it done , these guys are not like that . They cater to not only adults but also kids and they accept insurance which is great . I go there for myself and I took my 10 year old for teeth extraction that the orthodontist recommended and while the regular pediatric dentist gave estimate for $500+ even after insurance, autumn smile dental got it done for less than hundred after insurance. I got my retainers done from here as well . I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs .

Extremely unpleasant experience…read more Positives: Helpful staff, friendly disposition, got me in quickly. Negatives: DDS tried to gaslight me by suggesting that I'm a difficult patient because I have a sensitive mouth during the e-ray process. The receptionist offered me the "rufi" option, which I initially declined because she stated it was optional (plus an extra $40 out of pocket.) Unfortunately, once DDS started the cleaning he was so heavy handed that I had to stop him and opt in for the Halcion aka "rufi". After only cleaning my bottom teeth, DDS said he was done and offered me a couple cups of apple juice to sober me up. DDS saw me looking really out of it while sitting in my car loading my gps for the 10 minute ride home. He offered me more time to sit in the waiting room to sober up but I declined because I just wanted to get out of there and go home. I was SO sick on my 10 minute ride home due to the "rufi" that I lost control of my bowels and BLEW UP in my car! =( Fortunately, I had a blanket in the backseat I was able to wrap myself in before the explosion, rendering the clean up process manageable. After cleaning myself up, I passd out for over 5 hours because I was completely non-functional. When I came to, I recalled my awful experience and cancelled the appointment for the following day. Can you believe that after ALL that trauma, he only cleaned the bottom half of my teeth!?! My mind is still blown that he wanted to rufi me all over again the next day to do a simple cleaning! To make things worse I tried to see another Dentist 2 1/2 weeks later to finish my cleaning, only to find out this DDS billed for a complete cleaning so my next appointment was not covered!! This was such a terrible experience I just had to share it in its entirety. I understand I may be an outlier but this was one of the worst dental experiences I've had in my 55 years of life. Finally, I have historically had a very high tolerance for pain and have never required sedation or pain killers for a dental cleaning.

I had my implant done in Dr. Mai a Le D.D.S (wife) and Dr. Liem T. Nguyen D.D.S.(husband)'s office…read more It is a one stop shop. I call myself a implant gueen since I have so many of them. I used to paid very high price for each one of the implant, but now I paid 30% less with this two dentists. The office is in south San Jose area but is worth the driving. Dr. Le is the general dentist. She is very efficient and willingly to work with insurance and paper details. She cleans my teeth very well and always explains everything in details. She is just efficient and waste no time. Dr. Nguyen does the implant, he also has a master degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has very good hands, my procedure was very comfortable with good result. I know he is good because I had so many implants done to me before. With other implant doctors, you pay everything separate: Implant+sedation+bone graft + crown+etc= $4,500+ each implant. Implant crown costs much more than a regular crown. Dr Le and Dr Liem only charge one price and everything is included in that one price. They both in the same office really make everything so much more simpler.
