They are complete thieves, I came to the office to transfer my angel aligners which I had paid $4500 for, I only have 4 sets to go and they tried charging me $2500 for a retainer. The women who work there are completely clueless, when I asked to speak to the dr. they refused and said this is the cost of treatment. Came along for my cousin's first consultation to help my aunt with the translation. I've come back with him several times since then. This spot was recommended by his classmate and it was also chosen for its convenient location. Our consultation took a bit over an hour with the x-ray being done and cost breakdowns. Dr. Freeman was clear, concise, and happy to answer any questions about the treatment. When he wasn't around, everyone working on the team was super helpful. We were able to make a decision on that same day to start treatment. I liked that they have a retainer replacement program; I wish I had that with my own orthodontist. There's complimentary tea and coffee and even a little machine with toys by the front. The office is always kept clean. Communication was a breeze. I was recommended here by a friend so I put four children through braces over the course of 8 years here with several in 2-stage braces treatment and paid over $20,000 total. My oldest now cannot even close his teeth in a bite and they won't do anything about it even though it is causing him all sorts of jaw pain. Upper and lower teeth are on top of each other and he can't close his teeth in a resting position! Meanwhile, my youngest was struggling with a 2nd round of braces treatment and changed her mind refusing to have braces put on after we prepaid. I said I would not force my teen to have braces and that she changed her mind. It was a serious hassle trying to get our refund and we repeatedly called them for months asking where our money until we got a written letter saying we were acting unprofessional and that they were not going to work with us anymore. So much for the 8-year relationship with this business that went up in flames over two major concerns over a period of three months that THEY did not address professionally. This is a slap in the face after 8 years of giving them our business. They burn bridges fast if you have any complaint at all or if your child changes their mind. Now we have to find someone to correct the severe underbite with a third round of braces out of pocket when he already had a 2-stage braces with this business. Also, we found out they purposefully do a 20% overcorrection with the underbite in a 2-stage braces treatment plan but this went very badly for us and now they don't even care to fix the problem. read more

I just finished treatment here with Freeman Orthodontics and I highly recommend this office for your ortho needs! After a gum infection, I decided to finally pull the trigger on straightening my teeth for preventative measures as well as cosmetic ones. They were recommended by my dentist and I am very satisfied with my decision. NOTE: It is my recommendation to anyone who needs ortho work to go with a orthodontic office versus a general dentistry due to the availability of the ortho provider (both due to scheduling and to the employment turnover rate site to site). This office is full of happy employees and that's reflected in their quality of care (big shout out to Tara and Selene!). Business hours are M-Th, communication is easily made via text. Scheduling was also very easy and what I found most important was that I felt no pressure with going with their services. The quote I had for my treatment was the same for both braces or aligner trays, and so I went with the aligner trays! They have a reasonable payment plan that made it easier for me to proceed with their services. I got my teeth scanned and later was given a set of trays along with a scanning device that would take photos of my teeth's progress on a weekly basis through an app called Dental Monitoring. Honestly a wonderful experience. As with other yelpers, they will be my only recommendation. Truly worth it! read more

My family and I have been with Dr. Freeman for 5 years, and we can't be happier with Dr. Freeman and the staff! The plan was not the shortest for a quick fix that you'd be worried it's too optimistic, not the most complicated and lengthy one, not overly priced nor overly cheap that would concern people of the quality. Great staff- I never really cared of the quality of staff nor services to affect my decision. But Dr. Freeman recruits great specialists and staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and outstanding in performing their jobs. With my orthodontic treatment being 3.5 years, I can say the staff are also important to make my smile great and help me carrying on a bit stronger during the transformation. Most importantly, I've been treated/ greeted as Day 1 coming to the office, even when I'm done with my treatment. The post treatment service is out of this world! The service and staff are still as wonderful as Day 1 viewing me as important customer. What blew my mind off is that I got my professional mugshot at the office. Dr Freeman believes patients earned a great smile on pictures. I even use that picture for career websites! The office and equipment- all state of the art equipment from Apple computers to teeth scanners. Relaxing view from the office too. I am very happy I was referred to Dr.Freeman by my dentists office. They are closed Fridays... so when I called on Thurs. I was given an appt. On the following Monday! The front desk work around your schedule making sure you are seen! Well, the location is very nice ! Parking can be a bit tough since there are other companies in the building . So, that can be the tricky not so good about it . Other than that Dr. Freeman and Brittani are very friendly, they give their opinion and suggest a few options for your teeth. I was thinking Invisilign but with the results and help I need on my teeth... I would not get the results I want ... so, They recommend braces for me ! Plus just the thought of Invisilign having to take it off and put back on every-time you drink or eat something sounds annoying ! So, I am excited to get my braces on! When I came for my first appt. They took pictures of my teeth, smile, and that is how they determined what worked best! My second appt. When I came in to get molds done to start the process, they already knew me by name as soon as I walked in. Very nice! They explain to you in detail how to care for your braces, putting on the rubber bands on and they are very fast in there responses when I contact them through email! Which is awesome! I was seen right away! Office is very nice, updated inside with the high quality of dentist machines they use! They have books for kids to read, enough waiting seats . My little girl was entertained while she was in with me . Brittani works with the payment options for you... so that was helpful to know! Invisilign is more expensive but not so good results. Medal braces seems they give better results and faster since I keep them on the whole time, the best part is once I am done with my 16 months of braces, I will get a permanent retainer which is also an option. I actually found Dr. Freeman on yelp 3 years ago when I thought about starting my smile journey. The next day my mom was referred and made an appointment to get my consultation done from that day on the journey started. Every appointment felt like a field trip and I honestly would look forward to each one. The staff members in the office quickly became family to me as I went in for each visit. They are the absolute sweetest and highly knowledgeable. Seeing my teeth transform every 4-6 weeks was so cool and each time and what was most comforting was that the staff would reassure me that progress is being made. In addition, Dr. Freeman's office uses and is always evolving with technology as they use the latest and best equipment possible to ensure you only the best results possible. 2 hygienists from Freeman Orthodontics came to my primary classroom in the Evergreen District today. They had a great presentation AND gifts! Each student got a zipper travel bag with toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, a 2 minute sand timer and the plaque reveal tablets. PLUS each teacher received a lovely succulent plant gift and thank you card. I have never had such nice presentation in all my 34 years of teaching! I want to recommend this office to EVERYONE (I actually pass out Dr. Freeman's cards to all my friends)!! My bonded retainer wire came loose (that's the one glued to the back of teeth). I called around to get estimates on replacing the wire, and Dr. Freeman was the least expensive had the highest level of care (had a consult with another ortho and wasn't impressed). Dr. Freeman and his staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were thorough in the evaluation of my teeth and kindly checked the fit of my top retainer. I moved to the Bay Area from Ohio 2 1/2 years ago and needed to quickly find an orthodontist to pick up where my previous orthodontist left off. I was very worried about finding someone good and also the fact that they have to follow someone else's work. I did a ton of research and thanks to Yelp I found Dr. Freeman. The staff and Dr. Freeman are super nice people!!! I've always felt very comfortable in the office. Dr. Freeman takes his time and really does a great job explaining treatment options/plans. I was worried that there would be issues with him trying to take over from where my last orthodontist left off but he did an awesome job! The previous orthodontist used a very old version of the Damon bracket system. At times this was a challenge/pain in the butt to deal with but they handled it like champs on every appointment. My experience with Dr. Freeman and his staff has been amazing! I walked in not knowing what to expect, after seeing Dr. Freeman, I left feeling excited about the journey I was about to take. The staff always made me feel welcomed, I was always treated as if I was part of their family not just another client. The staff here is knowledgeable and always explained the entire process. I was always on the go traveling in and out of the states and the staff at Freeman Orthodontics has always been flexible and accommodating with me. Needless to say, I completed my treatment a few years ago. However, one day I came in because my permanent retainer detached from a tooth. I am still debating whether to have braces here or not, so I will be updating later if I decided to have it done in this office. I do like everything of this orthodontist office, except for the price, and it is the only reason I am giving it a 4 star. Dr Freeman is very knowledgable, he went through the treatment plan in every detail, and even bettter, he thinks of the longterm health of your teeth and design his treatment plan not for just straighten your teeth but also to make sure it is for the long run, and I really appreciated that. In addition, he is very patient, the most petient one out of all the orthodontists I visited, he took 40 minitues to discussed the treatment plan, and then asked a current petient if she can show me her teeth just to let me know what kind of result I should be expect. One more good thing about this Dr, he hangs all his diploma, certification/ qualification on the wall, so you can read them and learn the degree, training he had!! Totally legit!! Moves to the assistant, super nice and helpful. Very willing to answer questions, show picture and videos to explain the treatment process. Answer phones and make opportments, make you as comfortable as she can. The office manager is ok, nice but not outstandingly impressive. But again, nice and friendly enough. Overall, I do recommend this offfice if price is not a concern of yours! they are not the most expensive one (I have visited quite a few orthodontists) but close. However, on the other hand, Dr. Freeman did convienced me that he is a skilled orthodontist with good ethic! I am still debating myself only becuase they are over my budget, I will certainly update my experience if I decide to have my braces there!!
