I just returned home from a three night/four day stay at Arbor Seaside Cottages and could not be happier. I rented all five cottages for my party of 24. Nick handled my booking and was super easy to work with. He graciously answered hundreds of questions and customized the billing process to suit my needs. He was always a text or call away with responses within 24-48 hours. The property is located on Gulf Blvd, offers private parking spaces and is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and convenient stores. It felt small at first because it's nestled between taller rental properties but was spacious enough for a small wedding. Simply rearranging the patio furniture made all the difference. The backyard is Indian Rocks Beach, just steps away from the sparkling gulf waters. The incredible sunset viewings and euphoric sound of waves crashing made for a dreamy vacation. Each cottage came equipped with full kitchens plus two shared grills outside, which minimized our need to dine out. The queen beds were very comfortable but a couple of sofa beds needed a tune up. The only thing we ran out of by day 3 was toilet paper. Five people to a bathroom will do that I suppose. We had plenty of towels and extra linens but nothing to worry about with onsite laundry. The quaint cottages were air conditioned, had tv's and strong WiFi. Convenient keypad locks on the doors so we didn't have to carry any keys. Everyone loved the pavilion outside. It became the gathering place for familia to enjoy morning coffee together, chill, play cards and drink. The strung lights around it made for beautiful ambience at night. Although I found Arbor Seaside Cottages by searching VRBO, they have a website for booking as well. If you're interested in hosting a small wedding or family reunion I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Nick. The cottages may also be rented individually for smaller groups. We already plan on returning with or without the entire group!

The best thing about this place was that the backyard is Indian Rocks Beach! Breathtaking sunsets throughout our stay-ation! Everything was outstanding here, the property manager was great handling our booking and each cottage was came with a kitchen and a bathroom. The cottages each had two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was the only negative thing about this place, as it felt like I was sleeping on a pile of rocks.. actually I think rocks would have been more comfortable. There is a nice size pool and two grills that are for use at anyone in the cottage. There is also on site laundry room. If you have a family reunion or just are looking for a place for your friends to spend some quality time at the beach. Use these cottages! They will be a great fit!

If the beach isn't your thing, take a dip in their clean, sparkling pool and relax to the sounds of gentle waves just beyond the pool deck. Guests of this hotel are also treated to a front row seat to the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see. Don't miss it! Not only are they a quick 2 minute walk to the bus stop, they are within easy walking/cycling distance of several great restaurants, a nice local brewery, and a few shops, including a well-stocked CVS. This adorable hotel is truly a gem nestled amongst the dunes in Indian Rocks Beach. Thank you, Teena! We hope to return next summer!

Continuing the discussion and informing her there are no additional fees and she proceeded to argue with me. She said it was the "resort" fee and I showed her my confirmation indicating the payment I made included those fees. I gave up and gave her my credit card. Arriving in the room, room 106, I found I was approximately 3' from the fence around the pool. it was full of children and incredibly loud. Friday night there was a movie at the pool and even though all my windows and door were closed I still heard the movie. The view out of the back was the pool filter. Because the front window was shutters I had to keep all the shutters closed to have any privacy. The rooms on the second floor had tables and chairs and a view of the water. The mattress was so soft it was difficult to sleep on. There were no plugs on the side of the bed for me to charge my phone and the "nightstand" was attractive but it was tiny about the size of a washcloth. People were out by the Firepit talking well after 10. The pictures on the website are lovely but buyer beware. judging from other comments it appears I got the worse room in the motel.

Nevertheless, we had a great time here on our own with a spacious condo on the canal and intercoastal waterway in Indian Shores. We walked to the beach everyday to get a power walk for an hour. The temperature was cool in the mornings. We hung by the pool for a little while each day, usually walked to lunch at the many restaurants nearby. One day, we took the free trolley to lunch. This property is conveniently located on Gulf Blvd. The trolley stops are close, and you can head south towards St. Petersburg or north to Clearwater with stops along the way. The condos were completely remodeled recently and the pier out back was also partially rebuilt. You can fish or pull up a boat to the pier. There are grills out there and tables to have a picnic on the water. Grocery stores are not that close....we borrowed a car from my sister for our grocery visit. It was about 3 miles to a Publix in Largo that had everything! We didn't use the workout room or game room, but they have those. They have a few snacks and drinks in the main office. Check-in with Petra was easy. They even gave us our condo early. I even received a call from "G" prior to our trip to find out if we needed anything or had any concerns. It was nice to know that they were expecting us! The kitchen was modestly equipped, but no kitchen shears. They had a toaster, coffee maker and blender, some sharp knives, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, plates, glasses and silverware. I think if you aren't planning to do major cooking, you will be fine. The freezer has an ice maker, but if you need ice right away, just buy a bag while the machine catches up! The soaps are all supplied. The showers have dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is no lotion, so bring that. The bedrooms both had small decks with two chairs. There was one small table to put in between the chairs. It was great to have coffee out there in the morning. They have laundry baskets in the rooms, but you have to go to the laundry room to do laundry. The soap is free, but the washer and dryer are not. The TV's are huge! We had 3 flat screens, one in main area and one in each bedroom. The furniture in the living room wasn't super comfortable, but was fine. The dining table had 6 chairs. All in all, very home-like and spacious. The people were very nice. The employees always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. The early check-in was so nice.
