The couple who owns them is super nice and so helpful with our visit. The cottages are nice and you can tell some well-thought effort went into updating them. Everything there was quiet. The pool was nice and the tiki hut made for a nice place to chat with fellow relaxers. The beach is a short five minute walk. With a less-than ten minute walk, you're at John's Pass with shopping, restaurants and bars. We had planned on going to other places while visiting, but we barely left the radius around the cottages.

The villas are perfect for staying for a longer time and everything you could wish for in a kitchen is there. It is extremely clean, very beautifully decorated and just perfect. The hosts (june and Bill) are so friendly and helpful that we felt like family when we left. The other people staying there were also extremely nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. This was supported by the tradition that everybody staying there would gather for a glass of wine or a drink at around 5 in the afternoon in the tiki-hut. Even though we were the only ones with children we felt so welcome. I would love to go there again and I am sure that we would feel just as welcome the next time. We stayed in Villa Paradiso, which was the largest of the villas, but I also saw the inside of some of the other villas and they looked just as nice. The beach was a short 3 min walk from the cottages and John's Pass was around 5-10 minutes away when walking.

Gave wrong door code so had to wait outside with all belongings for another guest to arrive so we…read morecould get into building. Complete different code than the one given. Hard to get into actual condo cause door code was so long and tiny buttons to push code, took us 7 tries. Door was hard to lock and remove key. Did not tell us electric would be out one full day. Our food in refrigerator spoiled and we could not get family member out to pool, beach or out of building due to no electric to elevator and they were wheelchair bound. Mold on water dispenser in refrigerator, broken lamps that don't work. That have short in the cords on both in living room. Dirty dishes when removed from cabinet to use. So had to wash before use. No response when asked about electric. Building staff told us they knew about electric 30 days prior and should have notified us, but they did not.

I was told to go to an office to pick up the key five miles away. I have infant twins and can't drive so my mom went to get it for us. It was cold and she stood outside the door at 9 and they just watched her. Eventually they let her in several minutes after 9. When mom went in I was on the phone the entire time...They were the ABSOLUTE RUDEST group I've ever dealt with (and I've traveled to 38 countries). The MOTEL is not very nice, the price is ridiculous and the rental agency was HORRIBLE to deal with. Stay away is my advice.

The owners are so accommodating and it's a family operated small business, my favorite kind. No dealing with rude property managers here. The family is local so they had all the answers to my questions. My units had a full kitchen so I saved money on eating out every meal and it was pet friendly.
