If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My boyfriend and I experienced every boater's nightmare when our first boat in less than 24 hours developed serious issues and started taking on water around 7:30-8:00 p.m. We truly thought we were going to lose it. Paul, Pat, Tyler and everyone at Surfside 3 Marina went above and beyond in every possible way. Even though it was late at night, Paul opened the marina around 11:00 p.m. so we could get the boat out of the water before it sank. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. What amazed us even more was that they diagnosed the problem, kept us informed every step of the way, and had the boat repaired in less than a day. Throughout the entire process, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. The level of customer service, communication, and genuine care we received was second to none. The entire team turned one of the worst boating experiences we've ever had into one that reminded us there are still businesses that truly care about their customers. Thank you, Paul, Pat, Tyler, and everyone at Surfside 3 Marina, for everything you did for us. We are beyond grateful and will recommend you to anyone who needs a marina they can trust.
