Could've been the particular base I chose, but it was almost sickly sweet and hard to get through, which was a bummer. I did love everything else about my experience though, so if you've got a sweet tooth, try them out.

It tasted more like a dessert in a cup than a smoothie to me. The toast however was awful. It tasted so weird. I had two bites and my friend tried it and even she wasn't a fan.
