I got the BLTA burger and added a small fry and it is fresh, tastes amazing, and I really enjoyed everything that I ate. The service was great. The guy that was working was polite and the food came out pretty fast. This is definitely a great place with a lot of options if you are vegetarian or vegan. An associate--who appeared to be new, as I've visited this location many times before--approached me and handed me a bag. She said something while doing so, but it was unclear. Assuming the order was mine, I took the bag and left. As soon as I got into my car, I received a phone call from someone who I believe was the manager, stating only that I had taken the wrong food. I immediately returned to the store and handed the bag back. The manager explained that it belonged to the other customers who had been waiting. He then asked me if I had opened the bag, which I had not--I had only just reached my car when I received the call. The other customers looked through the bag and said they would still take the food. Throughout this interaction, the manager did not apologize or take accountability for the mistake made by his staff. I was left standing there feeling as though I had done something wrong, and the situation made me uncomfortable, especially with the way the other customers were looking at me. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm not upset about the mix-up itself. What was disappointing was the manager's lack of professionalism, communication, and apology. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

The Meatball Parm Sub had this hearty, saucy, cheesy combination you want from a meatball parm, and really mimicked the texture and flavor of a real meatball well. The Cheezsteak was another one that really surprised me. It had that classic cheesesteak feel without the meat, although this wasn't a personal favorite of mine. And if you're a pesto lover, the Chick'n Parm Pesto is one you have to try. It was crispy, cheesy, saucy, and packed with pesto flavor. My favorite of the sandwiches! And great ciabatta bread.
