Stopped in here for lunch and drinks and had a really nice time. The lobster roll was really good, not that Ive had one before to make a comparison, but it was still good. The painkillers were very refreshing too, and served in a bucket making them worth the price. In addition, we ordered their fried calamari. I will say it was a bit overcooked and chewy...and not served with lemon, my friend and I both found that odd. I found the food a bit overpriced, but this is a touristy town...so, it is what it is. I'd definitely return.

Was on vacation in Old Orchard and went to Surf 6 for dinner. The service was excellent and the waitress was very fast. The portions were pretty small. A couple of us got the lobster roll, which was just a hot dog roll with a few pieces of lobster meat. I was definitely hungry when I left the restaurant. We got a rum bucket which was good and a Long Island iced tea. I will say, the drinks are made strong!

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mama's out there! Thought it would be nice to sit out by the beach over some drinks and food. Hadn't eaten here yet and the reviews looked promising so my husband and I gave it a go. When we arrived we were asked by the hostess whether we wanted to sit inside or outside...There's still a bit of a chill in the air so we opted to sit inside. We were sat by the windows that overlooked the beach. Beautiful view of the pier as well! The atmosphere inside is wicked cool...Has that pirate coastal vibe. Our server greeted us with a smile and menus. We partied it up Friday night so I skipped on their specialty cocktails and stuck with a Shirley Temple, My hubby ordered the Blueberry Colada! It has a kick to it which is nice because you're getting your moneys worth. He enjoyed it. For starters we ordered the New England Clam Chowder and the Lobster Stew. The Clam Chowder was pretty good and the Lobster Stew was good too. A little salty but not bad. For entrees my husband ordered the fried clams with fries and said the clams were delicious! He thought at first that their tarter sauce was ranch dressing and asked our waitress for tarter sauce only to find out it was actually tarter sauce they'd given him and not ranch. Their tarter sauce is pretty mild. I ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese. They definitely don't rob you of Lobster so that was a HUGE bonus! Nothing's worse than ordering Lobster Mac and you get two skimpy pieces of Lobster...but not here, they hook it up! The cheese sauce fell a wee bit short but with such a heaping serving of Lobster mixed in who could complain. Overall both my husband and I were happy with our experience here. The servings are large so we got full pretty quickly and took our left overs home. If you happen to be in Old Orchard Beach, this place is definitely worth visiting.

The atmosphere was perfect. Sitting on the deck listening to live music by Emily Torres while looking out at the ocean was a perfect mid day treat on my birthday. We stopped in for drinks and an appetizer. While we were disappointed that they were out of lobster cakes, the loaded fries were a pleasant surprise. They were "loaded" with cheese, tomatoes and jalapeños. Just wish there were more. Ok for 2 people, but would need more for a larger party. We hear the fish tacos were amazing, but didn't get to try them.. next time.. Margarita and Mojito were delicious.

For my entree, I had the glazed salmon with coconut curry. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the coconut curry was rich and flavorful. I am a coconut curry lover through and through, and the only thing that would have taken it over the top for me would be a little ginger and a touch of scotch bonnet for that gentle kick. The service was outstanding. Marissa was incredible, attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. I will definitely be back when I visit next summer. We started with the fresh calamari appetizer, which was light, crispy, and so tasty, and the fresh pear salad was a refreshing, flavorful start. For my entrée, I had the stuffed lobster with scallops, and it was delish! The lobster was succulent, perfectly cooked, and truly a treat for dinner. It was served with fresh veggies and potatoes. My fiancé and future sister-in-law ordered the "Best of Both Worlds" which was steak and lobster; it was a nice combo, but they both agreed the steak was just okay and didn't really need the chimichurri sauce. My future brother-in-law really enjoyed his haddock entrée....he said it was fresh and well-prepared. You're…read moremet with the lingering scent of beer soaked into the floor from nights that were clearly busier than anyone could properly manage. Now, most people would interpret that as neglect. But that's not quite right. It's evidence. Evidence that this is a place that has been tested, repeatedly, and continues to operate under pressure. And strangely enough, that inspires a certain confidence. You know, almost immediately, the drinks are going to be done properly. I ordered something simple. chicken fingers with buffalo sauce and bleu cheese. Nothing remarkable, and that's precisely the point. They weren't trying to reinvent anything. They were just... competent. And competence, especially in an environment that borders on chaos, is not trivial. It's reliability. It's order, holding its ground. The service reflected that same tension. Reese, the bartender, was clearly under strain. busy to the point where most people would start to fracture, but she didn't. She held the line. And if you've spent enough time in this industry, you know that's not easy to do. There's something almost admirable about watching someone maintain composure when everything around them is loud, demanding, and slightly out of control. And that's really the essence of the place. It's loud... almost aggressively so. Packed. Borderline unruly. At one point, there was a couple engaged in what was clearly a volatile argument... infidelity, perhaps? but the noise swallowed the details. It didn't matter. The specifics were irrelevant. What you were witnessing was raw human behavior, unfiltered, playing out in real time. And oddly enough, it fit perfectly. This is not a place for quiet reflection or carefully structured conversation. It's a place where order and chaos collide and neither one fully wins. But if you're the kind of person who can tolerate that, or even enjoy it... there's something undeniably compelling about it. If you want quiet, look elsewhere. But if you're willing to step into something louder, messier, and far more alive, then this place offers exactly that. It's not refined. It's not restrained. It's something closer to a modern day bacchanal. And for better or worse, that's the point.
