Less than 2 weeks later I got the job, it was extremely helpful and kind of them to let me get a chance to try even though applicants were full. There was some back and forth while I tried to sort things out with my current job. The recruiter I was talking to also let me know that I would be starting on a Tuesday, and then a different recruiter said that I would be starting at 7am, which was not what my listed hours were for the position. I asked if this was a one-time thing, and they dodged the question and promised more information on Monday. Less than 16 hours before I was to start, the same recruiter who had me emailed me the information about the administrative assistant position emailed to say that I would be working as a cargo handler, with totally different hours than what I applied for. I refused and didn't show up, and this experience has had negative effects on me and at my current job. If you are an employee, or an employer looking for staff, why work with someone who is willing to lie and bait-and-switch? You can do better than that. Good luck out there.
