We worked with Carly Smith from Certainty and from DAY 1, she made the process as smooth as possible, with our impossible situation. We actually were able to get a 14 day close (which is super fast) and Carly made sure that everything was done right on her part and on Certainty's part. We fulfilled all of our obligations, although the escrow did lag behind and finally closed in 45 days.
