From the first time I used Matt I could see he was quite different from the rest and a Loan Officer I could actually feel good about sending my clients to. I've worked more than several escrows with him and had him do my purchase loan. He has pre-qualled more of my leads than anyone out there. I like that he is a honest, straight-shooter who takes the necessary time needed with my clients to educate and fulfill their loan needs. As far as the Realtor-Loan Officer relationship is concerned- Matt is really awesome about keeping me updated on progress from start to finish. We are beyond angry! We are in the closing process of our…read morefirst home and we have been back and forth with the underwriter/processor for this company. The consultant we work with never responds to my emails or calls promptly. When she does, i always inquire if i can help with anything or if they need anything because i want to do everything i can to expedite the process. Her response is always everything is good. Then the following Monday comes around and they request 10 new items they need! I understand it does take some time to figure out if they need more items or what not- but when you request something a month ago- it would be nice to REQUEST IT COMPLETELY. not tell me "oh we need 3 months of bank statements"...we get them that same day, then 2 weeks later REQUEST THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN STAMPED BY THE BANK...we get them those... then ANOTHER WEEK REQUEST THAT EACH PAGE NEEDS TO BE STAMPED BY THE BANK! stupid people like this are what is delaying our process of this first home purchase- this doesn't look good for future purchase we want to make or even finish this one. We have been delayed 3 extra weeks because someone cannot get their sh*t together... wouldn't surprise me if the seller pulls out and puts it back on the market again due to all this crap they are making.
