Victor from Emanuel Gutters was very professional and knowledgable. He even pointed out where the original installation had placed the downspouts in the wrong locations, and how relocating them would be more esthetically pleasing. He helped pick the correct color (Emanuel Gutters had easily 3-4 times more color options than the original company) and he expertly executed the installation. We made a polite call to the office to let them know what had happened and were told that they were very busy and it was hectic at the office, but they would get back to me when they could. I got an email saying that they had lived up to their side of the contract, and regardless of what we had asked for, it was not represented in the contract and if we wanted the job completed it would cost more money.
