Afterwards, she spoke to Rick about putting some seeds down the following week and coming by bi-weekly and he said he'd send over some info and would be in contact soon. He texted later that he emailed info over. She replied that she didn't receive it and got no reply from Rick. She reached out again a few days later.. Again, no reply. A week later, when he was supposed to come by and put the seeds down, I gave him a call. No answer. I wish we had better things to say but unfortunately, due to the complete lack of communication and customer service, we don't. These guys went truly, truly, above and beyond with the care, attention to detail, safety, timeliness...If we had folks like these in every industry, the world would be a better place. Logan is a rock star. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about trees and their health - but also about the equipment used by the team. His enthusiasm for his work is so clear - he explained to me about the different cranes, grinders, etc - how they work, how they actually increase safety, save time, save money for the client (me! yay!), etcetera. He also helped chart and execute a flawless plan under tricky circumstances where branches were tangled in powerlines when we were unable to get a line drop. He kept in close communication with me about our options and scoped the property on multiple occasions to ensure the best possible plan. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch. Oscar, as the leader of the crew, is an absolute DELIGHT. He is hardworking, always smiling, and does an amazing job. He went above and beyond to ensure both a functional trim/removal and also cosmetic beauty - even spreading wood chips for us (provided by Molina - THANK YOU!) and making sure that all stumps that could be ground, were ground (including a couple we had not originally scoped because we were trying to save some $). I also appreciated that they used the stump grinder to grind down a huge root growing on the ground that I constantly tripped on. The price was fair, also. So happy this was a good experience!
