Then as a courtesy, as I live close by, drove my car home, so he dropped me home first. So, I can't say enough great things about Steve. The list was long, of what he worked on. I was even able to pay over a few days, thanks to Steve's kindness. The cost for Steve, actually, went over in price, but he was sincere in giving me a discount, and ate the extra cost. He even returned the car to my home, when it was all ready. He got a ride back, from his wife. Who does that wonderful service for a senior? I took my car to this car wash and left absolutely furious. Not only did Tony do a sloppy job…read morecleaning, but he actually damaged my vehicle. He ripped up the driver's side Range Rover floor mat, exposing the nameplate and leaving it sticking up like a jagged piece of metal -- an obvious safety hazard. Completely careless and unprofessional. When I pointed it out, instead of taking responsibility, the front desk lady pulled out her iPhone and started recording me while denying any fault. The fact that they think a customer should accept their car being returned in such a dangerous, damaged condition is beyond outrageous. Because I've learned from past detailing nightmares, I always take before photos of my car's condition. Despite having clear proof, they still denied it. For a place that's supposed to "detail" cars, they clearly have no respect for the vehicles they're working on. Now I'm left with a repair that should never have been necessary. This business doesn't care about your car, your safety, or owning up to their mistakes. If you value your vehicle -- especially a luxury one -- do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

The seats and carpet are now stiff to the touch and smell super strong. He said it just needed to air out and dry for a few hours, but it's been two days now and it's not getting any better. I approached the conversation in a calm and polite manner, and he was immediately combative and narcissistic. I cannot say enough about the service and good work I received at this small but efficient auto…read moreshop. I took my wife's 2006 Camry to C&C Auto Aesthetics to get a full service detail package. Prior to this service, her car has NEVER been detailed. In fact, I do not think she had it washed/vacuumed more than once per year at most. That said, the car now looks like new. EXTERIOR: The wheels were horrible, black muck covered chrome; and now they are shiny and bright. The windows, bumpers and general exterior are as clean as I have ever seen before, super squeaky clean down to every detail. Even inside the little door where you find the the gas-cap is gleaming (and I am 100% certain this area was never cleaned on this 9 year old car). INTERIOR: The interior looks like a different car. If I did not know better, I'd think they replaced the carpet and seats. My wife is an ex-smoker (quit just 2 months ago), and yet there is now zero trace in this car of her former disgusting, smelly habit. There is no smoke smell, and not an ash to be found. Every tiny compartment is polished from the ashtray to the sunglasses holder to the drink holders in front and back, etc. The rubber moldings around the doors and windows were all glistening. Seriously, it looked like new. SERVICE-TO-COST: I dealt with the Owner/Operator, Marc. He was very professional and flexible. Like most people, my wife and I work long hours during the week. Mark was willing to accommodate us on a Saturday morning. We dropped off the vehicle at 8 am and it was ready a few hours later as promised. I thought the initial price was fair. But when I saw my wife's car, I realized it was more than fair. There is no way I could have gotten that car that clean and new-looking even if I spent 20 hours on it. I am not easily impressed, but I am blown away at how good my wife's car looks now ... so much so that I brought my own truck in the following week whereby I received the same attention to detail. I highly recommend this place and could not be happier with the outcome.

My car hadn't been washed in a while, and they were very meticulous and paid close attention to the details. You stay in your car until they vacuum the inside, then they have you step out and wait under a covered patio with a large fan, which was a nice touch. I was the first car in line and was done in about 30 minutes. I got there early before they opened, and by 8:55 AM there were already cars lined up behind me, which says a lot about their reputation. At the end, they have tip boxes set out for the crew, which I thought was a nice touch and a good way to show appreciation for their hard work. Everyone was very nice and pleasant, and the whole experience was efficient, thorough, and well organized. I'll definitely be back!
