I also want to recognize the technician who came out to assist with my garbage disposal. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name, but he was equally patient, kind, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to thoroughly assess the leaking issue, clearly explained what was happening, and was able to fix it on the spot. I truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism I received. It's refreshing to work with a team that is responsive and genuinely committed to making sure the job is done right. I will definitely be using Mandel and his team for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended, and thank you again!

As I'm writing this, I'm having them send me quotes on two additional projects, so clearly I'm a satisfied customer and will be using them again.

Yesterday I changed the filters to all 5 and when I turned the water back on it was spraying everywhere. My wife was like "we need the to call a plumber!". I was humbled because although I figured it was something simple, I had spent so much time that I figured it was the perfect time to get the P-trap replaced under the sink. Long story short, Gustavo and Edgar arrived and easily resolved the leakage of the RO filter. I knew it was something simple, but was at my wits end and wanted the P-trap changed. They provided options, the price, and a solution that my wife and I thought was worth it. They replaced the P-Trap, checked for leakage, and provided excellent service throughout. Although I figured the RO was an easy solution, they saved me from embarrassment with my wife and I can now put a protective mat under the sink. The original was so low that I couldn't put anything under it. With that all said, I'm grateful and I at the time of this writing I hope Gustavo's Padre has a great birthday. Thank you to Gustavo and Edgar once again.

Updating my original review years later because we ended up needing Mick again today for another…read moreplumbing issue at one of our family properties. We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work. Mick also took the time to explain the likely long-term slope/drainage concern with the ADU connection in a very straightforward and practical way. One thing I still appreciate after all these years is that Mick communicates like an operator, not a salesman. He explains what is urgent, what is manageable, and what may become a future capital repair issue without trying to create panic or pressure. Fast response, direct communication, practical diagnostics, and strong long-term knowledge of older LA plumbing systems and rental properties. Still highly recommend Mick and Right Price Rooter & Plumbing.
