The shop hasn't changed in years, but if it's not broke, why fix it??? Carl, the owner is one of the nicest, most genuine guys I know. He has such great knowledge about bikes, skis and hockey gear. Never a hint of what the negative guy says he was seeing. Sometimes you get what you give? I was on a long solo bike trip in 1988, and I pulled a rear spoke somewhere west of Rapids. I limped the bike into Campus Cycle and Karl was on it immediately and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. I still ride that bike, and it still has one black wheel and one silver. Whenever I do some maintenance, I am reminded of that day. Good to hear Karl is still in the mix.

Looking back I can't imagine wanting to ever leave. Actually I never did. But I leave I did, and I mourned it for the first decade. Then during the middle of the second decade I ceased to miss aspects and eventually came 'round to mourning it again, but for entirely unexpected reasons. But yesterday I reached into my 500Gb hard drive and scooped out a selection of CDs to cram inside my iPod Classic to listen to on a drive to a distant city called Plover (I like to childishly call it P Lover) for what was to be a single trip for work. It turned into two days, which wasn't a bad thing. During the drive I broke out Stoner Witch, The Melvins 90s major label disc. Listening to that in my very awesome new Pioneer car stereo was way better than my nice but not sturdy home speakers. So upon todays end of workday I wanted to find a used Cd store or a thrift store that might have something cool. Instead I found an awe inspiring little store that's chock full of EVERYTHING, that is if everything is rock music related. I didn't bother to look at the possibility they might also sell schlocky country music by crappy rock musicians that decided to go the so wrong right wing GOP path to Ooops. I wandered into the wrong thought. I found a place that is so awesome I will make this area a destination instead of only a place to stop for a whiz or perhaps because work brought me. GO! Don't hesitate. Radio Kaos Records is f'n the place!

There could have been communication about not being able to replicate the bouquet I requested. I'm extremely disappointed that the florist did not bother to reach out to me about substituting other flowers or even selecting a different bouquet altogether. Instead, the florist chose to put together a thing of wilted, dying petal-less flowers that was underwhelming to say the least. I paid $75 for this! My business will be taken elsewhere next time.

At Christmas I opened it and it was the wrong style but I loved that she tried. So, I tried to contact HHA to exchange it or get a refund and they never contacted me back. I tried several times with ZERO customer service. I'm selling the brand new sight on several bow sights and nobody wants it. I'm going back to Spot Hogg and dumping my HHA sights because customer service is the worst I've experienced with zero effort to contact me back. My wife is very sad about this entire gift experience. Thanks HHA for ruining archery gifts from my wife.

One of the pins had come out, and so the sight wasn't working properly. I emailed Chris Hamm to inquire about it. He told me to ship it to them and they would have it fixed in 48 hours. Well, I shipped it out on Monday at 3pm from California. I got it back on my doorstep from Wisconsin Saturday morning. That is a true example of a company standing behind their warranty, as well as their commitments. I wasn't charged a thing, and they literally had my sight for less than 48 hours (I had received return shipping information the morning after they received it in WI). I was an HHA fan before... but they have truly earned my loyalty. BIG BIG thanks to Chris Hamm and the whole team over there at HHA for their hard work and dedication/commitment.
