Trying to scam us for double the price. When I asked him for his name, he gave me a fake one, "Kevin." I knew this wasn't a real name because the initals on the receipt were "AH". We have hired Armando multiple times, and each time, he scammed us of money. He said there was a "5% zelle fee" one time and then upped it to a "10% zelle fee" the second time we asked. He also stated that the $400 extra would have to be negotiated with his "supervisor" because he "wasn't in charge" of the prices. And told us to contact the number we initially contacted him with -- implying that the person on the number 909-816-1167 was not him. Even though we called that exact number to ask him if he got the correct address and knew where our trailer would be towed. We spoke DIRECTLY to him with that number!!!! I would not continue to provide service to someone so greedy, that lies and takes advantage of young women. To think you'll be able to get away with something like this without being put on blast is incredibly insulting. We initially trusted him because he is actually knowledgable in what he does, but at the expense of his greed and dishonesty, I wish no one else to hire him for service.

Dispatch was cool, but whoever they hired to do the battery service had zero professionalism. Buddy showed up through AAA and gave attitude over the phone while I was trying to explain confusion with my location. "I just need an address man," then later, "So you are not at the actual location you said you were," with a real make-you-feel-dumb attitude. Dude came for a battery service? Ain't no way I was gonna let him work on my Lexus. He then hung up on me because I checked him for being arrogant and unprofessional, explaining I didn't need the service if he was gonna talk to me that way. Please check your driver. Not everyone's desperate for a call, especially with a sh*tty attitude. Ima let AAA know about this as well.

Noone has returned any of my calls the mechanic stopped answering refusing to return my vehicle and I've been disrespected and disregarded now I am forced to take legal action against you. ASAP I, actually, got the information for High Limitz from Claude Ai as the #1 pick near Fontana for what I needed because he has a Landoll. I called Fernando. We scheduled a time, and he was there. The entrance for the property was too narrow for his truck to enter. He immediately called a fellow tow truck driver. He got me a quote to get the truck from the property to the street. Since, Fernando gave me a reasonable price. So, I was able to afford the second tow truck. There was also a huge evaporator on the top of the truck that was over the height limit for electrical. Fernando even removed it. And he didn't charge me extra. And they finished loading the truck so quickly. He delivered the truck to the parking lot that I reserved, safely. The owner was so impressed about how he backed his truck onto the property and did not scratch the wall. Fernando went above and beyond. I'm truly appreciative. I recommend Higher Limitz for your commercial towing needs.
