The female staff was very helpful in providing me information on the different brands of protein and I even got to sample a new flavour. There was a buy one, get one 30% off promotion at the time and she suggested that I try a new product. At checkout she offered me a plastic bag and in being environmentally friendly I declined. She offered a reusable bag but I've got a million at home so I declined as well. She did give me some samples which I appreciated. It turns out that I didn't need the new product that I had purchased and went back to get it exchanged for something else. Just an fyi that exchange can only be done within 7 days of purchase. The same female staff was working when I went back and I explained that I wanted to exchange what I had bought for something else. I couldn't believe that she remembered me and parts of the conversation that we had. I picked up something else and even used some of the Popeyes Buck's I had earned last time to pay.
