This earned me instant respect because Max chose the path that was best for me instead of the path that would have earned him the most money. I then used the law firm again when I was going to have a tenant move into our house, and Max patiently went over all of the legal requirements to be a landlord. Most recently, I used the law firm for selling a property, after I spent hours reading the forms and instructions myself. Max was able to do everything in 15 minutes. She sent a couple emails out and left....I heard nothing for months. I then was passed around to some one else who did the same emails and soon after quit (More months of no word)....I FINALLY got handed off to a woman who spent more time telling me what Im NOT entitled to than what I was. In the end game it took 2 years to do what other attorneys say should have taken 6-8 months and what I received for a settlement in no way even covered the medical expenses incured, much less the lifetime of pain and suffering. Oh and lets not forget the 33% (30 thousand dollars) of the settlement they take for making a few phone calls and sending a few emails. Do yourself a favor...FIND ANOTHER FIRM. A final note, I live in Albany, NY..they say they have offices in Albany yet I had to do everything thru Jamestown????? Gimme a break.
