I didn't find any areas that it missed. I got the $20 wash and used their towels to dry and clean the windows. I used the vacuum and it is super powerful. Almost sucked my seat covers off the second row seats. I have a small dog so I have dog hair usually floating around and this cleaned us up just great. I am hesitant to buy the "monthly all you can wash" as I dont know how much I would use it but we shall see....always an option. I highly recommend this carwash. We try to get her car washed every other week. I currently take my truck whom has 10x's the amount of mud and debri on it from work to Crew car wash with ZERO gripes on my way to work because it's convenient and on the way. She however doesn't travel nearby any of them. To be told you barely make it because your car is almost "too" dirty. You get paid to PRE-CLEAN a car prior to it entering your auto wash. We don't go out of our way to go mudding, it's a family SUB for peat sake not an off-road truck or keep. I think we may take our business elsewhere from now on.

He was great and kept me abreast of each step, where my Jeep was located at any given time, and updated me on delivery every couple days. The pickup guys were great. The drop off guy was exceptional. He was a local Hawaiian out of Hilo named Franklin, and even after he delivered, we sat and chatted about Hawaii for quite a while.
