I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long and had to have some work done, Dr. Lee, Deb, and everyone else at the office made my visit so exceptional I've recommended to my entire family to switch dentist offices. The office is clean but doesn't have that weird sterile smell that makes you sick to your stomach. There are tv's on the ceilings of each patients room, so if you're the kind of person to enjoy watching Ellen while you get your teeth cleaned it's a great feature. The whole team is so helpful, really encouraging, and truly have mastered patient care! I was also told that I would not be charged for certain services, but I was later charged anyway. Even though I had insurance, I received additional charges that I did not expect and felt were not clearly explained beforehand. There were also times when I was not provided paperwork or documentation regarding my treatment and charges when I expected to receive it. Combined with the unexpected billing, this made me seriously question the transparency of their billing practices and services. I also experienced long waits to see the dentist. What concerns me most is the dental care and relied on what I was told about my treatment and costs. Based on my experience, I would strong encourage people to ask for copies of their treatment plans, billing documents, and a written explanation of expected charges and insurance coverage before proceeding with treatment.

It's kid friendly for the littles and yet mature enough if a 16 year old has to come here for dental care. All of the chairs are in one area and patients don't have their own rooms. The space is tiny. Patients and staff are squeezed into one area and I feel like I'm going to bump into someone or something expensive. They really max out the space. In some ways, it's a sign that they're busy but at the same time, it just lacks personal space. It's an issue when the child next to yours is crying because they're scared that causes your child to panic. It's also an issue because parents don't have much room to stay with their younger kids. The hygienist does most of the work and the dentist just pops in at the end to make sure everything is okay. Also, scheduling is such a hassle. My daughter needed to get her cavities filled and they didn't have any availability for about 4.5 months. We also were unsatisfied with their handling of insurance/billing.

Each tool was introduced to them first and they got to explore them before they were used (ie.feeling the suction on their hands). Everything was tailored to my kid's comfort level from the toothpaste flavor, to the bright lights (cool character sunglasses are provided!), to the survey that is to be completed beforehand asking about any special interests to make conversations and treats personable.
