The stylist insisted it was far too long and said a significant cut was necessary. I trusted her professional judgment, expecting a healthy trim, but nearly half my hair was cut off. The haircut itself felt rushed and uneven, seemingly done to accommodate the perm rather than with care for overall shape or length. Midway through my appointment, a previous client returned visibly upset, saying her hair did not look permed. While I didn't hear every detail, it immediately raised concerns, concerns that ultimately became my own. Throughout the service, my stylist repeatedly emphasized that my hair was "too fine," that there weren't enough curlers for my hair, and that more hair needed to be cut. If she believed a digital perm would not work on my hair type, she should have been honest from the start and declined the service. The end result: my hair feels fried, is significantly shorter than expected, and shows no real signs of a perm. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.
