Then I took it back to get it sized and remove two links. I was told it would be done the next day. It has been a week and I still haven't received my bracelet. I asked a friend who worked there to ask if it was done 2 days after and was told they haven't even started on the jewelry. The owner is very rude not just to the customers but to some of her workers. Officially lost my business. I highly don't recommend.

Once I got home the rings snapped, I took them back the next day. The owner then proceeded to speak very loud in a store full of customers about the ring not being real, and that she was sick on the set already. I asked if it was puter as she said why work on something you can be held liable for? Once I got the set back for the second time it snapped again, so I took it to a jewelry store. It was found that my set was indeed 24k white gold bur 24k jewelry sized my set with some type of fake metal. Needless to say its cheaper for me to purchase a new set instead of fixing it, because they destroyed my rings. Never will I do any business there again.

The shop itself is clean and organized, and they do have some interesting pieces on display, including Morgan dollars, graded silver eagles, and some specialty sets. However, the selection available for purchase felt pretty limited. Many of the coins in the display cases are actually not for sale, which made the selection feel even smaller. The store also felt a bit restrictive. Only one person was handling customers and showing items, so the process was slow and it made it difficult to ask questions or look at multiple pieces. I also asked about coin collecting supplies and was told I'd probably be better off buying them on Amazon, which honestly caught me by surprise since most coin shops usually carry at least some supplies. Overall, it's a neat shop to stop by and look around, but if you're hoping to buy coins or supplies, the selection may be limited.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. It's rare to find customer service that feels both professional and genuinely caring, but Juanita delivered exactly that. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning in the future!

I asked where the paper work was that showed the cut, clarity etc on the diamond. We were told Kays doesn't do that. (RED FLAG) When he bought the ring he upgraded the center stone and bought the insurance. On the second checkup I was told that six of the smaller stones were loose. They sent it away to get fixed and called me to tell me the center stone was chipped. I picked up the ring after the six stones were fixed and decided to look at the center stone better. What I saw amazed me, the stone was fractured. Thank goodness for google I poked around to find out that a diamond can be fractured and repaired, some what like a cracked windshield. Then it can me chemically enhanced to help it sparkle and shine. I then look it to a gemologist. As he examined it in front of me he said exactly what I had already learned from the web. I then took the ring to Kays. I was pretty pissed since we were never told the stone was treated and we had over 3500. invested in that one stone. The guy I talked to said it was impossible to repair a fractured stone or to chemically enhance one. He is no gemologist. This story has yet to end as they sent the ring out to replace the center stone. WIth what I am not sure since we were never given the four c's other then one carat. What Kay's did was fraud and I am doubtful they will make it right without a shit storm on my behalf. Be assured they need to put on a slicker cause the weather is building steam. I will never buy a thing through Kay's again. The credit card was shredded as was my faith in there products or service.
