There were a few different blood stains on it so I used a cleaner made for upholstery, and although it cleaned the blood stains, it dried leaving several soap rings. It looked horrible! So last Sunday, I decided to find someone to see if they could clean it for me using the Yelp app. Several people responded, but what I liked best about Jack is that he told me he didn't feel right charging me his minimum for what he considered a small job, so he would also clean my rug, which was fine with me. He was $60 less than the other quotes that I received, and he was super quick in scheduling an appointment. We set an appointment for two days later because Monday was a holiday, and he arrived on time. He explained everything upfront, and made suggestions, and was very open minded with what I wanted to accomplish. As you can see from the pictures, he did a great job! I feel like I have a brand new couch and a brand new rug! I was actually looking for other things in my house for him to clean, it was that good! I will definitely use again and will refer him to anybody and everybody that I can! Not only that, he was incredibly affordable and saved me from buying a new couch! He came right away to clean the carpets in my home. My previous tenants had a dog and 3 rambunctious young kids with lots of friends who came over. Lots of traffic on my carpets. Our primary bathroom was not maintained well during the tenants stay. Lots of soap scum and hard water built up in the tile and grout. Bruno came initially to clean the full bathroom.
